We just stopped by to pick up a chicken sandwich. The food was good, place was pretty clean , & the staff was nice. There was an incident a couple years back when one staff member was extremely rude to me & shorted me an order of fries. I was reimbursed for the fries but Iām not sure whatever happened to that employee.
The tables were a little dirty but the greeters were kind! The tea was not too sweet!š I was disappointed that there was no honey but the food was good! Nice decorations! Fran deserves major props for how polite she was to a very rude customer!!š I really enjoyed this visit!!
Usually, at this location, it is very good in all categories. This particular day must have been a rare occurrence. The chicken was old and over cooked. The drive thru didn't work. And the staff seemed stressed and not really wanting to be there. However, this location is my favorite one. With that said, I will return. But that day, my 8 piece was not worth the almost $40. I spent that day. It might have been worth 8 or 9 dollars.
