This is one of our best dining experiences . Food, service and ambiance.Its a rich culinary traditions of Korean BBQ and Hot Pot into an unforgettable dining experience. Price on Monday -Fri is $20.99 and weekends $30.99 for either Korean BBQ or Hotpot.If you want both then you pay an additional $5.00. I sincerely recommend this place. It's an all you can eat within a 2 hours stay and strictly no take out policy.

I enjoyed my meal and was a fun fam experience

We had a fantastic experience at this place. The food was super fresh and everything was delicious. Our server Miranda H. was one of the most attentive and professional servers that we've met in a long time. The restaurant was clean and the food portions/options are just right. We will be going back to this location on our next trip to Greensboro!

I’ve been through several pot Korean barbecue locations. The Charlotte ones are definitely nicer and the staff at this location could definitely use some improvement this location in particular just overall feels unfinished. It doesn’t give you the same vibes as others.

🍜 Delicious soup with rice vermicelli,🦐 shrimp, 🦀crabmeat stick, bok choi 🥬, and mushroom🍄‍🟫. You cook the ingredients yourself at your table. The weird thing is that you can't leave any food or else they will charge you extra. Ricardo was my server. He explained stuff clearly to me and was funny with a terrific personality. The lights inside the restaurant were pretty. I know it's good because there were real Koreans sitting next to me, tearing their food up.

Great food, great experience. But most importantly the service we received from Jonathan Jaimes was top notch!

My first visit and everything about the place is amazing. I especially enjoyed Ky her first question was is it anyone’s first time. After which she guided me through each step and set great expectations. Her service was phenomenal, I would recommend this spot to anyone. Also go with a party of 5 or more for a $10 off coupon good for your next visit.

Food and service are out of this world but I'm so disappointed for the fruit. No fruit but only orange was provided. And no ice cream was provided. So disappointed for that!

Cuts of meat were not good. Shrimp smelled off. You have to cook everything yourself which I see could be fun but we weren't expecting that. Its a chain. I would not recommend.

We ordered Bbq. It was so good. Staffs were really nice. But I have one suggestion to k pot team. They should keep extra small sauce plate on side. I think people would take the sauce in small portion and it would not go waste.

Scout was amazing. She was very informative and knowledgeable! We had a great experience!

The food is great but our waiter was extremely inattentive and would rather talk to his friends that came while he was working instead of checking on us. Aside from us paying the bill he only came to our table once the entire time we were there.
