Decided to stop in while we’re waiting for an event to happen later in the day. Based off the reviews everything looked good but we were disappointed. I’m only giving it 2 stars because my meatloaf wrap was delicious and my wife’s tater tots were good.

My wife got some type of turkey sandwich on a baguette with honey mustard drizzled on it.
The turkey tasted like deli meat you buy out of the package, the honey mustard was not good, and the way the sandwich was prepared and presented, it made it very tough to eat.

From start to finish it took an hour and 20 minutes total. This was at lunch time. We did not have to wait to be seated. Our server just wasn’t very attentive and made the experience less enjoyable.

Overall I probably won’t stop here again if I’m in the area. I know we only had two items and it’s our first time stopping in but we just were impressed.

The reason we went because of the local grass fed beef. The burger was excellent . We ordered fried pickles, some of the best ever. The ranch dressing is homemade and the waitress was absolutely superb. We loved her. We will be back.

Food terrible , was tasteless. Had cold salad plate that included chicken salad, tuna salad and pimento cheese. Friend had potato salad ,egg salad and chicken salad. All were just terrible. Restaurant was dirty. Table and floor greasy. Server was nice

Sweet tea, Arnold Palmer, fries, tater tots was good but my warp had to much spinach, my fish sandwich was mad dry, and the wings had a piece of man hair in it , and the potato salad wasn’t good at all but everything else was okay please wear hair nets and facial hair nets thats why i gave this a two please be careful and do better

I am allergic to red meat but was craving a good Ruben. So when I found great reviews for their regular Ruben, I gave them a call to request turkey instead. Absolutely no hesitation to make that happen for me. Everything was absolutely delicious with nice thick, juicy turkey. Thank you for great service!!!

Normally your shrimp and grits are the best I’ve ever had. Sunday, they were barely edible. They had a ton of salt, very thick and a different flavor. Not sure if it was a new recipe or cook but I would have returned them but no time. Family wouldn’t eat them. I hadn’t eaten them in a while and was very disappointed. Don’t like giving poor reviews, but an explanation would cause me to try again. Please taste before you serve a dish. Thanks.

Did a random search for restaurants in Greensboro on our way home and loved the idea and that it has been a gas station. Atmosphere 10 Food 10 drinks 10! And service 20! Well worth the stop and will come back through our travels again! Go and try the pickle soup!

The food was great.
Service was rough, but I think that's the vibe there.

Parking: Few parking spaces, expect to park down the street like we did.

We really enjoy LPFS and always have a wonderful experience. Tonight was not a wonderful experience. The staff were all disgruntled behind the bar and the service really let us down. Food sat under the hot lamp for 10 min, it was cold. Do better next time checking on your clientele rather than complaining about the large party on the patio.

I went from a 5 ⭐️ to a one star because of service and cold food. I literally sat at the bar and watched my food sit underneath a heat lamp. The hot croissant turkey sandwich was cold and the croissant bun was flat. The Brie wasn't even melted.

The tater tots were lukewarm. Is the heat lamp even working?

This place has definitely gone downhill. It will be hard to go back even though I live right around the corner.

The tall dude with a shaggy black hair is the most unattentively waiter I have ever met. He never asked us any questions about the food nor if we wanted anything else. His only concern was figuring out whose house he was gonna meet up at with a female waitress and refilling the salt containers.

Great lunch spot!! Outdoor and patio seating available but the inside is just as cool! It is a former gas station turned pub-like restaurant. It is a little small inside but has so much character and a cozy atmosphere! The food was....perfect! *chefs kiss* The menu variety is excellent for everyone, even vegetarian and gluten free! Must try if you're in the neighborhood. It is well worth it! I will definitely be back! *pictured is "The Waverly" and the Greek chicken special!*
