We eat there at least twice a month. Service is hit or miss. ALWAYS call ahead and get on the wait list (online). I've seen people actually leave angry because it appears that others just arrived and they're seated while parties who've waited for 30 minutes aren't seated. It seems the remedy would be to at least tell them about the wait-list so they can add themselves or let Longhorn manually add them to the wait list. The service is usually pretty good although...
The food was cold when we got it. Waited along time for the food. Our server had a lot of tables. He was running around. I think our food sat in the window and our server was behind. They should have had somebody run our food out since our server was backed up. Very disappointed.
Everything was very good, we had the ribeye, everything was cooked perfect, only complain is the steak was seasoned way to much, seam like there was alot of pepper on it, couldnt taste the steak.
