We came to this McDonald around 1:13am and no one came to the intercom. We decided to go in the doors were closed. So we walked up to the window and a young guy said, “no one came to the mic?” We said no then the young guy said he would let us in to order and we waited again and decided to go back through the drive threw then were asked to come back to the window… I thought we were in a horror show Never to this McDonald they need to supervisor to make sure the workers are doing there job.

Commendation for Kim’s Exceptional Service at McDonald’sDuring a recent visit to McDonald’s while working for Uber, I encountered a mix-up with my order and faced unprofessional behavior from the manager on duty on 3/8/2023 around 12pm (She wouldn’t disclose her name) However, Kim stepped in, listened to my concerns, and promptly resolved the issue with professionalism and care. Her outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction deserve recognition, and she exemplifies the standard of excellence McDonald’s should uphold. Kim’s leadership qualities make her a TRUE ASSET to the team, and I believe she should be considered for a higher upper managerial role. Thanks Kim!
