Apparently the staff can't read. The last 2 times I have went through the drive thru during my 30min lunch. I got a 10 piece nuggets with Hot Mustard Sauce. Both times I arrived back at work to find Honey Mustard in my bag. Is it really that hard to read a label? It's fine though, the Wendys next door has never let me down.
Best customer service I've ever received from any McDonald's in my 38 years. I worked at McDonald's and was excellent at my job so this says A WHOLE LOT!
So was told bwfore that milk can bw served in coffee was screamed at by managet phuong and another employee told they xant give me owners number or info to make a complaint im allergic to tge creamer so asked for milk in my coffee et told im a liar like its any of theee bussiness owners other stores told me they have hot milk button even offerd pay more they slammed window in my face and thia us manager told employee to shut up that she was qrong when employee told her to give...read full review
