My most recent experience was not a pleasant one. I came through for a quick lunch and ordered my tray. Upon receiving my order I went to eat a white cheddar bite and it was still frozen in the middle. I brought the food back to let them know and the person at the window took the tray back inside, which is a big food service/health code no no, and they dropped the cheddar bites from the tray back into the fryer. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes. No one ever acknowledged me. I tried giving it a good holler...twice! To no avail. The other drive thru line appeared to be moving along just fine. I just drove across the street and got a whopper. Kinda sad though- I was craving those hush puppies.
Pretty good for a fast food place, especially the price.
