This location does not exist. Submitted for deletion to Google. I'm literally sitting inside the mall at the food court as I type this. The security guy told me that it doesn't exist anymore, but people ask about it all the time.

BEWARE! This Moe's location does not honor Moe's Rewards. I had a free birthday burrito and after making my burrito, the manager said that he does not accept those. I left and he tossed my burrito.

Me and my son wanted to eat here but my son didn't know if he will like the chicken or the steak so we ask if he can get a sample the lady was looking at us like we ask 100000 dollars and say we not going to let u try you need to choose. ! I told her that's fine and keep walking to the next restaurant customer service Need to be first priority for this place and really it's there loss

Rude, cheap, stingy and flavorless. Its no wonder everyone else has a line and they don't. They roll eyes at you while making your food. Horrid place! Don't waste your time.

I am highly disappointed in the quality of service here.I was in the Four Seasons for a conference. I ordered an earmuffs bowl and was disgusted in the quality of the food and I found a hair. When I approached the "manager" about the situation and asked for a refund he replied rudely saying he was not giving me one and waived me off to handle other customers. When came back, he did not offer an explanation but offered to make me something else but I just wanted my money. I asked him why is that not posted anywhere, he replied with "I don't need to post that" when I know for a fact he needs to. My friend came over to mediate the conversation when he told her why I could not recieve my refund and when I asked again why wasn't that posted somewhere or why he couldn't explain that to me, he was rude yet again. I walked away, seeing that he was not going to provide my refund. I paid $12.88 for a meal that was of low quality and rude service. It was my first time at Moe's and most likely my last. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

The staff were unbelievably rude! And as one person mentioned, "They acted as though I was bothering them to make my food." I am not by any means what you would call "a difficult customer", but rather the opposite end of the spectrum and while this sort of behaviour has sadly became the norm for fast food franchises, Moe's (Four Season's location anyway) truly stands out. These people were beyond the normal rude, hateful even. And yes, the food was unbelievably dry, stale, and old. I love the concept, if the ingredients were fresh and the service drastically better.

Definitely not the same as a free standing Moes. We popped in on a road trip because this was close to highway, didn't notice it was in a food court of a mall. Inconvenient to park and to get to. Food wasn't the same quality and the burritos we got were much smaller. Overall disappointed.

Wife and I visited and will never visit a Moe's again. The two girls working there are excessively rude, and I am a person who is relatively quick to understand you may not enjoy your job but I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a pair of people who clearly do not value their jobs. We had questions about the menu and despite the location not being all that busy, we met the response of rolled eyes and head shaking as if we were ignorant. My wife ordered beef, thinking they meant steak, and we apologized and asked for something else. They shook their heads, glaring at each other as if extremely agitated and repeated, "She said she wanted beef", while continuing to shake their heads. I made the immediate decision to just walk away instead of asking to see a manager. I doubt seeing a manager would've made a difference since you would have to be ignorant to allow these two people to keep working at your establishment while continuously accumulating more and more bad reviews.

Worst place to eat in the mall. Doesn't even deserve a star. Food was dry and rotting. Staff was so rude and acted like I was bothering them to make my food. Ended up having to go back because my food was inedible. "Manager" had a poor attitude when I tried to explain why I was back. Had to literally fight to get my $7.36 back. Absolutely never will I eat there agian. They deserve to me shut down.

Fast and polite service. Reasonable options-nice that they have the taco salad, something chipotle is missing imo. The mango salsa & lime sauce add a nice flavor to it. What would have made it better? Fish. Fish tacos, fish burritos, fish option. Not a deal breaker but would be nice.

I have been here twice now, annually for conferences over at the Sheraton. Since this is the closest Moe's to our hotel we were thrilled first time we approached the place, only to find out that they were not like any "regular" Moe's I've been to. We had newbies to introduce to Moe's, only to have the owner veto one of our newbies, a taste of one piece of the chicken (three other eateries in this food court offer a free sample without having to ask). So, they decided to try another place. So much for endearing yourself to a new customer. I, upon asking for less rice and beans on my homewrecker, did ask for a "fat mans portion" of the meat, not double, but a few more pieces, I was told "NO, unless you pay for double" Ok, move on, so I decide to get my veggies and queso, only to find out when I'm eating that the queso has been "watered down" almost to the consistency of whole milk, rather than melted cheese, and my chips ran out, before the "cheese". I understand that they are in a mall, and that the rent may be higher per sq ft than a standalone restaurant, but, the foot traffic is almost guaranteed, so that should make up the difference. Only 1 refill on the soda, too, which is not good if you like your burrito spicy and need the fluids. In any case, a year has passed, and no changes have been made. This Moe's consistently makes a smaller burrito than any other Moe's I've been to, across the country. I will still eat here, and Chick-Fil-A (always good) at this mall, because the other hot fooderies here, are a little too much for a captive stomach at a conference session, but I do complain a little to myself thinking of what Moe's could be, and what it's not.

I love Moe's, but having a Moe's in a mall food court is not the same as a regular size Moe's! Sure the food is the same, the offerings are the same but there's no salsa bar. There's no coke machine where you can customize your drink with different syrups. It's like Moe's Lite. But I still ate here because I love the place, salsa bar or not. It's also one of the few chains I know of where you can get tofu. :)

My wife and I visited this Moe's location at four seasons mall on Thursday June 14th, 2012. My wife eats regularly at the highway 68 location in High Point. Moe's is one of her favorite places to eat. On this visit I ordered a chicken bowl. Upon removing the plastic cover, there was a black hair on the top of my food! For the record my wife is blonde and I have brown hair. On the other hand the server had black hair!. We proceeded to go back to register to complain. There was no denial that it was indeed their hair, but their solution was to replace my order with the exact same thing! I had lost my appetite by this time and said I would like my cash back please. The worker proceeded to call the the owner, Mr. Patel, and his solution was to give a credit on a Moe's card. It is hard to believe that Moe's is willing to lose customer over $7.46!
