Good place
IT CLOSED!! Gone
It shouldn’t take thirty minutes and the cheddar cheese there need to go.
I was riding my motorcycle and was craving a sub, 10/10 hit the craving just right. Very good service.
Idk where to start but waitied 42 minutes on one of the worst Cheesesteaks i have ever had. Hopefully it let me post these pictures i have and y'all will laugh. The Cheesesteak was $12.50 and had about $1.25 worth of frozen steak-um meat on it. The meat to bread ratio was like 25% meat and 75% bread. Also ordered wings that were frozen and already breaded that were the saltiest wings i have ever had. Sauce was only thing good. Also ordered a cheeseburger and guess what, frozen patty smh. It was about a 3.5/10 just not good. So everything they serve is frozen and nothing is fresh and heck i think the onions and peppers on the Cheesesteak was even frozen not fresh. I've always heard good things about this place but my experience was a $50 bag of disappointment unfortunately.
I was so sad when I heard they had closed the restaurant and now are mobile. I have driven all over Greensboro trying to find their truck 😪. If anyone knows where they are located PLEASE let me know. I haven’t found a Cheesesteak that comes even close to Monks!!!
No one is hating. I'm not from North Carolina. This place was recommended to me. my first time and only time eating there The cheesesteak was horrible. Yes the staff were friendly but the cheesesteak was not GOOD!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND FOX PIZZA AND SUB.
The food is amazing, you won't wanna get a cheese steak anywhere else in Greensboro after trying theirs. The workers who greeted me were respectful as well as so full of positive energy and good conversation. Definitely coming back!

I went yesterday with my son. We felt very welcomed. The owners , husband & wife, the host/ their son was very friendly and explained different items on the menu. Food was great.. Tried the Bacon qt pounder and it was fantastic ???? They thanked me for coming & looking forward to my next visit.

Food was great , I had the cheesesteak and got wings. But the customer service needs a little work. Either they pick and choose who they give good service too(if you know what I mean? Or they just don't care. But I've witnessed it on 2 different occasions. One was my own experience, how can you be providing service to someone and you can't even open your mouth? Let alone say you're welcome when I said thank you. My crew would never run like that, I'm a manager myself so I always look at it from both ways and I've came twice and seen the same poor service. Nice food tho!?
