placed an order and instead of the girl in the back making my order she proceeded to literally do nothing. said 5 to 7 minutes and it's been 10 and nobody has even attempted to make my order. the girl is still just looking off into space chewing gum.. update once I asked for a refund she decided she wanted to make it smh. the shake shop is so much more professional. I understand not having proper help but this is crazy.

Horrible staff .. as I was taking a photo of the store and menu to show Nara this lady actually came out tapped me and asked why I was taking a picture of her store with a huge attitude.. she caught me when I was not feeling well so I put her right in her place real quick ... let her know I can film her store and take pics of her store and her as well as I please since it’s in public.. then told her to crawl back in her hole and that she lost a customer for life.. how do these scum bags actually think they have some kind of power.. lol go make your little cookies Karen..

If you're supposed to open at noon, and I come at 12:15, you should not still be baking cookies in a dark store. Then when I asked the young man, he very rudely said they'd be open “not til probably around 1.” What?!?!

I was greeted by a not-so-warm cashier. We had a hard time communicating that I need a cookie cake on such short notice and in a sense I felt a little uncomfortable. The cake was supposed to be done in 1-1.5h. I came back at that time and it was still not ready. I don't know how to explain it, but the whole experience made me a little uncomfortable.

I love this coffee shop! It's very spacious with high ceiling, large windows, and it's quiet to get your work done.

Staff is very rude and never listen. It would be very nice for a cookie company be polite to children, this one does not understand that concept. This is place that the whole family sould stay away from.

So my mother and I went here the other day to try and order some cookies. There was a rude blonde pregnant girl who was working, she didn't greet us or even smile. She looked a bit busy making a drink so we gave her 7 mins before We asked Her if we could order. Mind you, there was no one else in line. After we asked her she said, "okay just give me a min", she was now busy cleaning a dish. We waited ANOTHER 6 mins before just walking away. Ridiculous. Rude. Horrible customer service. At least make sure there are 2 employees always present so if one gets busy doing something you guys will at least have another employee available to help customers. Most important thing about customer service is being FRIENDLY and polite. Teach that to your employees.

I tried placing an order for a cookie cake online and website doesn't work and neither does their phone number. SO... I resorted to going up there on my lunch break since its not too far from my job. When I arrived the staff did not look neat, professional, or friendly. Once it was my turn to order my cake, the guy looked at me as if I was speaking another language. He said it was his first day and knows nothing about cookie cakes. I mean how hard is it to write a cookie order? I also asked if anyone else could take the order, he said you can do it online (Which doesn't work). Then I asked him about a phone number and he said I can come up there later when someone is working since he doesn't know the correct phone number. This was a waste of my time and was very inconvenient. They are definitely losing a lot of business. The staff should be knowledgeable and capable of doing all aspects of their job.
