Pangaea Bistro & Bar is a fantastic addition to downtown GSO, known for its well-crafted and delicious cocktails, starters, and entrees. The food features amazing flavor and presentation, with top-quality options that cannot be beaten. The location is great, and the changing menu keeps things interesting. The attentive staff and knowledgeable servers enhance the experience, providing some of the best service in town. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a chill vibe, especially on the rooftop, where great music and a diverse crowd create a wonderful setting. Everything, from the decor to the food, is perfect, making it a must-visit spot. Diners can enjoy shareable plates, allowing them to try many different items, such as the lovely crab salad and delicious skirt steak, which is cooked to perfection. Desserts like the cheesecake and the unique apple pie are also excellent, adding to the overall experience. Food/proportions were very good, the restaurant was clean and staff was very nice. The ube cheesecake was delicious. The food and drinks are to die for! As vegetarians, they were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful in explaining the best menu options for us. The food was absolutely amazing—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere made the evening feel extra special, and everything was so friendly and welcoming.
