I was so disappointed in our meal. I love the creativity of the menu, but the food was simply not good and certainly not worth the price. The potatoes in the papas bravas were undercooked, the yam balls had no seasoning, and the pork was overcooked and dry with virtually no sauce. Sadly, the service wasn't very good either as we told them we had an hour and a half before we needed to leave for the theatre, but our entree wasn't served until 70 minutes after we arrived. We left in a hurry without dessert. I want to like this place, but unfortunately I won't return and I can't recommend it to others.
My wife and I had dinner here last night. We returned to try the new fall menu. The kale and pumpkin salad was delicious with a variety of flavors and textures combined in one dish. My wife had the wild mushroom ravioli and I had the Ciopinno both dishes were fantastic.
We both saw a number of the small plate dishes that looked very tempting. We will return to try them for sure.

I came here for my birthday dinner with a few friends and everything was superb! The entire experience was 10/10. Juan and Daniel were wonderful, their service was top notch. On Tuesdays and Sundays they have live music on the patio. The band was so nice and talented. It added the perfect touch to our dinner. I definitely will be back soon.

My daughter has her 21st birthday dinner here. The food was surprisingly good! We all shared a little from each plate. The Wagyu burger was absolutely phenomenal!!! The plates are small, even the main course. So you’ll be hungry again soon if you get one course …. but it was good! Shout out to the man that was the host, Bar tender, and waiter. He was covering for people but held everything together!

LOVED the rooftop bar and bartender. So good.
We visited Pangaea Bistro while visiting Greensboro, NC. I myself was looking for lamb chops. The website showed that the restaurant served lamb chops. Once we got there, the server mentioned that they didn't have any lamb chops and that it was a seasonal menu. The website did not mention it either. Which was a big inconvenience, but we decided to give them a chance. I feel as though the menu is extremely limited and vague. Once we decided on the dishes, we felt like the jerk chicken should have been paired with rice or potatoes, not fries. I was expecting my red snapper to be grilled, which to believe it was snapper. It was not the size of the one in the photo above. We asked to speak with the owner, Juan? He walked right past and went upstairs to the lounge. We sat for an additional 15 - 30 minutes, and he never came back down. The server Daniel? Did a tremendous job! Thank young man! We would definitely not visit this place again.
