After ordering our pizza, I was already in the neighborhood so I waited in the parking lot of Papa John's for the pizza. 3 minutes before the pizza was supposed to be ready for pick up. I go inside to pick the pizza up. I get a notification that the pizza's ready. Ask the front desk clerk. About the pizza, it's not ready. It's not even in the oven yet. Then when we received the pizza. Not only was it poor quality, but there was a lot of grease at the bottom...

I have been ordering pizza from this location since the late 90s. I’ve never really thought much about the service - I guess because it’s always been ok. But I must say that lately the service, in my experience, has been great!! With the downward spiral of food quality and customer service since C-19, I think this old pizza spot deserves a shoutout! ??????

Ordered a $8.99 large 1 topping promo for pick up and it was ready on time and the employees were polite, attentive, and did everything right.If the manager reads this please forward to the crew working Wed Feb. 21, 2024, at around 9pm. They're awesome.
