Worst meal I have ever had. The chicken tenders and shrimp was way over cooked. They were to busy socializing to even wait on me for 5 min with No one else in line. If I lived here would never go again.

The cheese was missing from my ghost pepper cheese combo (its literally in the name), and the chicken patty was sour. The chicken tender combo was also not spicy as ordered

I placed an Uber Eats order through this restaurant earlier. My driver was there for almost 45mins due to him claiming the food was taking an excessive amount of time to come out.

The food on the other hand was actually pleasantly surprising, with it meeting the criteria for stereotypical popeyes food.

They are the worst in Greensboro. They turned away business today with 8 staff inside all joking and playing. They told everyone they only had mac n cheese to sell. This was wild and they cursed at me at the drive thru. Don't go to this location. The owner needs to fire the whole crew...

We had to wait almost 10 minutes to order! The dining room tables were dirty! They had no salt or pepper! Many of the drinks were unavailable, including iced tea! The biscuits and chicken were highly greasy! The red beans & rice were cold! Definitely not worth the charge! The High Point location is much better!

Worst Popeyes in the city of Greensboro… I placed an order on 2/23 and although they had like ten staff members standing around only one girl was working. They had me wait almost an entire hour for my food just for them to not have even dropped the food. Every time I come
To this location the food is either under cooked, burnt, takes forever, or is just straight up nasty. The staff here suck and it’s nothing but lazy rude and lousy customer service with mediocre food

Ordered online thru App, says store will be closed at 11pm. Arrived at 10.30 but says it was closed. Why cant they update it in App.

No chicken available for 15 minutes. Left and came back and no one responded in drive through for 5 minutes even though several cars at window. Worst Popeyes in Greensboro. Better suited for another restaurant that understands customer service.

Not enough workers, orders are usually wrong. Must check your food before leaving. Very slow and bad customer service!!!!!!! A lot of playing while customers wait on their food, have of the drinks were out wow what a terrible so called restaurant!!!!!! I will never stop there again ever, even for a cup of ice!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Third time I've gone to this store placed an order and it's wrong I ordered all white chicken and I received mixed the thing about this is that the receipts have breast, wing on them and country still give me the wrong food and last night was it for me I returned it and the food that I was given was OLD AND FRIED OUT NEVER NO MORE!!¡!!!

Terrible. I ordered online and my order was 100% wrong. Nothing was right. Ok of first time but it is not. When you bring it to their attention, they are rude like you are the one who messed up your order. Just terrible rude service and pot prepared food year round.

Long wait in the drive through. The chicken sandwich was huge but did not taste the same as other locations. With time I’m sure they will improve.
