After having read the majority of the reviews, most of which are 1 star, I feel that my annoyance with the Bessemer location is justified. The manager is beyond rude as are most of the employees. My online order hadn't even been pulled or started when I arrived even though I had placed the order an hour + beforehand. Workers do not take their jobs seriously and one employee in particular felt emboldened by the manager to be rude to me and at least one other customer who was just asking a question. Instead of admitting fault for not being well organized and not getting the order filled on time, they made excuses left and right. Talked nonsense and berated me after I complained for having to wait half an hour once I got there on top of the hour they had to get the order ready once it was ordered online. Only one employee was helpful and acted professionally. The manager (weekday evening) and one female employee are useless in their positions.

Although the employees are not bad, they do not pay attention to you, and the bathrooms are horrible, they smell very bad and the door sometimes gets stuck and you can't get out.

I just moved to Greensboro and this would be my sixth time coming to this Popeyes. Each time has been worse than the last one. I just don’t understand why none of the employees that are rude and disrespectful. To their own manager still have their job. Some of these employees are very disrespectful. You can tell they have been doing this for a while. Because they now feel comfortable doing it in front of the customers. So I get to the drive-through. Remind you I placed a mobile order only for them to tell me. They haven’t even start cooking the the popcorn shrimp and it will be 15 minutes. I sat in my car 15 minutes waited till they got done serving. All of the cars in the drive-through. Went inside only for them to tell me they still haven’t even cooked the shrimp. Then it went from who was going to cook it. To I should order something else. But once I start asking for my money back. Now everybody wanna go and do their job and make the shrimp. Like I said everybody need to be fired except for the manager because she was the only one trying to do her job. The sad part is the employees talk to the manager like they are her boss.
This is an update…. IDK who this is leaving a review, but please let’s be honest ain’t nothing changed at this Popeyes. Y’all ain’t strive to do anything. You can never get in touch with the manager or corporate. I am furious. I spent $25 dollars???? Remind u the lady in front of me in the drive thru took her food back and got her money back??? Place multiple emails only for the manager or owner to not call you back, which is the quickest sign. Nothing at the store has been done or changed. I even called corporate and still ain’t. Nobody call me back. This place is not even on the Better Bureau Business website. Like I said before and I will say again they don’t care about the reviews. They don’t care about their customers because if they did, I would have receive a phone call or email which I haven’t . So please don’t waste your time going here like I said before and I will say again, this place is called chaos Avenue. Because you never know whats going to happen when u get there after 6P until closing…

Why should we have to go out of our way to another location because of the disrespectful employees between me and my sister we have left numerous complaints. Emails only to fall on deaf ears and tonight was even worse than any other time. I have been to this location. I’m going to the better Bureau to leave a complaint there until something get done because I’m wondering who is hiring these disrespectful rude employees. The lady in front of me was having the same issue. She took her food back in there and got her money back. I will keep leaving review and complain untill something changes??? and now I’m going to the better bureau to leave a review because people should not have to drive out their neighborhood because of the disrespectful employees. I paid $25 dollars and this is what I got for $25 dollars. Remind you I got two 1/4 large popcorn shrimps and this is all I receive for $25 dollars plus the rude disrespectful employees that I had to deal with the whole time I was in the drive-thru waiting on my order.

Do not order from this place their employees are stupid and my recent order left out my chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw. They would not replace it despite the money I paid. The manager should be fired now.

Gotcha Towing and Recovery, with whom Popeyes is contracted, is a company that is a complete scam and practices illegal and outrageous business practices. My car was towed. I do not dispute the reason for the tow. I do dispute the charge of almost $500 dollars.
When I called to try and find out more information about the towing company, the towing company staff would not even give me their address. What they did tell me was that they could charge me whatever they chose to charge me and change that charge whenever they want to change it at their discretion.
Shame on them and shame on Popeye’s for contracting with such a company. I have never written a negative review, even with previous bad experiences. However, this is completely unethical and unacceptable price gouging.

The order taker sounded Jamaican, but she was having some kind of conversation with her coworker so it was like a couple minutes where I haven’t got my order in and then when I went around, they were checking the drawer for some kind of crap. I sit there and waiting and waiting and waiting and I just pulled off. Crappy ran restaurant
