Can't beat 3.99 special Stopped by Popeyes on E. Bessemer Ave and had a really good experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken was crispy and well seasoned, and everything tasted like it was made fresh. The staff was friendly and worked hard to keep things moving even during busy moments. If you’re craving a satisfying meal with bold flavor, this location is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back again!

GREAT Job to the managers at this location, and especially the lady with the red hair, and gold earrings, She is really fast with making orders and very polite, and i often here people say “Wow, that was very fast” while she makes their orders. I hope the best for Her and the crew members!! 😊😊 5 STARS 🤩🤩

They are extremely unprofessional. Talking, yelling and cussing behind the counter while customers wait for over 30 minutes on the simplest things like chicken tenders. I also overheard a conversation where one employee stated that “ we need to bring back beating women”!!! EXCUSE ME. That comment took me back completely. They need new management and employees. Popeyes do better.

Great customer service. Tommie was is an amazing server. We came in town for a basketball game and are so happy we stopped here.

Took 45 mins once we pulled in the drive thru to get our food and leave. Wasn't even that busy. So confused. Everyone seemed very incompetent as i had to repeat my order a thousand times. First time at popeyes and will be my last

Honestly I've been here so many different times and the wait for my order took over 30mins on at least 4 occasions. Still the supervisors doesn't apologize for the wait or accommodate me for my long wait. Its the closest Popeyes to where I live so I try to give chances, but anything over 15 minutes for fast food shouldn't be labeled as a fast food restaurant.

After a long day at work, I stopped at Popeyes to pick up dinner for my family, and the service truly made my evening better. The young lady who helped me was amazing—she patiently answered all of my questions and personally made sure my order was put together correctly. Great customer service goes a long way, and hers did not go unnoticed. Thank you for the excellent service!
