Person working the drive thru seemed visibly high, the once great Popeyes sandwich, which was unimpeachable has steadily degraded in the last year, smaller cutlets with more breading makes for a weird overly crusty mess that I ended up tossing out half of.

Horrible! My online order did not go through and was later canceled. The front of the store was a mess. There were cups and old food on the ground. The restaurant was not busy. I saw flies coming out of the store and flying into my vehicle. The employees were rude and could not help me with my online order. The manager kept asking me for my name and saying they could not find my order. I received a notification that my order was canceled. I decided to leave the store because of cleanliness concerns and did not order food.

The service at this Popeyes, was absolutely horrible. It took me an hour to get my 4piece and shrimp. They tried to hand me old chicken and shrimp but I would not take it. They need to get another manger on night shift because he is slow. The employees were on their phones and etc. The front of store was in a horrible mess and the bathroom was dirty. This will be my last time eating at this Popeyes. I would not recommend anyone to this Establishment horrible customer service and food. I advise you to go else where.

Management horrible came in very respectful was told I could not get my online order even though I had proof with a receipt and order number with the store location. He said we couldn’t do anything about it because he lost our order. Then proceeded to ignore me the entire time. It took a regular team member to help me out. Manager could not do his job duties! Maybe the nice young lady could take his position.

Drive thru is SO slow! It’s also a drive thru that traps you since you’re surrounded by curbs so cancel your plans bc you’ll be there for awhile.

My drive-thru experience was rushed and with a terrible attitude. Just because this is in a predominantly african american community, doesn't mean the service has to be ghetto!! Please!! This was during late lunch hours. The manager took our payment for food and made sure we had everything and was very kind. Thank you manager!!Next Trip: We did return to store and this time our service was great!!? Good service brings forth a more profitable business.Thanks! I look forward to better services in the future.
