This place is great! I come here often and they are always so nice and work hard with the high volume of customers they have. People love this place!

I’m leaving this review because I cannot find another place to leave it!! Justin the owners son has refused to give me and my husband a refund for a home we have not even stayed in ! I am pregnant with 2 small children and I am a disabled veteran displaced from my home town in Asheville and instead of giving us a full refund because we do not want to share a home with strangers ( this info was not including in the description but in the small print) and our small children ( we haven’t even checked in !!!) he wants to argue with us in our most desperate vulnerable time! This is horrible and I’m finding every platform to speak out about how we have been treated !!! Do not give them your business on Air BnB under “ Nightlys by Justin “ because they are heartless to do this to me and my family. The father Stuart was very snide and carried the same attitude he wouldn’t let me talk on the phone and when it was all said and done even tho my family NEVER set a foot on the property… they kept our $433.00 ! Rich arrogant and heartless to say the least !

Really like this place however they never make the pretzels!! Went on a day during the week before school let out. No pizza pretzels or even a drink made with no customers!! Came early on a Saturday still no pizza pretzels, went shopping came back to the stand asked if they are going to make the pretzels while the other young lady sat in the corner on her phone. She replied oh yes it will be 8 min. I said ok I’ll come back, went to another store to shop, came back 30 min later and the young lady smiled in my face and said oh we haven’t made them yet. Like what else are you supposed to be doing ? No customers and you are on your phone. Please get on top of your employees. They are sending your customers upstairs to the other pretzel stand when this stand is way more popular

Not to bad on price and pretzel we’re pretty good. Maybe not as good as auntie.

The pretzel was very dry ,puny and over priced.The pretzel bites tast a lot better. Very slow service. I use to look forward, to enjoying these pretzels every time I’ was in the mall but this place has lest the size of the pretzel and the tast of their pretzel go down hill. Sad to say I won’t be buying anymore here.

I almost walked away without buying anything. The employees were gossiping and being immature about the lady who was in front of me because she shook her bag before she walked away. I don’t blame her. I’ve ordered cinnamon pretzel bites before and they only powder the ones on the top and the others won’t have as much.

Best pretzels i have ever eat Always soft and so good! Plus the owners are awesome customer service and employees who work there does phenomenal job !!! Don't miss out If you go to the mall get you some!!!

I gave this place a second try after the 1st time coming and the girl refused to make pepperoni pretzels in the mid day, went back another day, This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL, a guy sitting on top of countertop, the employees are completely nasty for no reason, need a serious customer service class. Never going back because there are other pretzel places that appreciate their customers!

The employees there are nasty. I came to visit and I seen the employees playing with the dough am using the dough for customers. They cross contaminate with the gloves. I’m always having trouble with the same employee. They should be fired

The assistant manager was rude because I asked questions the manager was contacted I will never stop by there as long as she is working there and from my understanding she is always like that my boyfriend had to order my pretzels and after we got our food the assistant manager was being funny and said enjoy like she did something to my food

Great tasting pretzels. Staff did a decent job attending and working the customer crowds
