This was fast food chinese food from the mall food court. I asked for a water and next thing I know I'm being charged $1.99 for a bottled water. No thanks! Sesame chicken was soggy and rubbery. Rice was bland and the egg roll tasted like it was frozen and then reheated and also soggy. Service felt rushed and they kept trying to add on a white sauce for .50 cents extra. Again no thanks! Not worth $10.49 for the poor quality of food. I won't eat here again

It’s a Chinese restaurant in a mall food court so… I didn’t expect much but what I got was horrible and most of the dish was inedible. I got the chicken and shrimp teriyaki, nothing was edible but the shrimp. The noodles were extremely overcooked, and the vegetables were extremely undercooked. This staff was friendly and nice, and the service was good. However, it did not make up for the awful terrible food. The chicken was rubbery and chewy. I did not take a picture because I took two bites and threw the plate away because I was so disgusted.

The people here were pretty nice, but to be honest the food was kind of gross. It seems to have been sitting around for a while. Also for a plate and a drink it was almost $15. Not worth it.

Sakura Express is the peak of mall cuisine. The fact that Sakura exists is proof that gods creation was justified. You hungry? Like really hungry? Good luck finishing your portion from Sakura. you'll need a forklift for your leftovers. It will melt in your mouth and soothe your mind. Who knew that the secret to true peace and solace was in the Four Seasons mall. When I eat I wish it was Sakura, and when I dream, I dream the same. My son and I went to Four Seasons Town Center to specifically get a meal from Sakura Express. We arrived around 5:30, and my son wanted to make sure they were still serving customers, as they were preparing to close. When my son as the employee if they were still serving customers, the person (a chubby guy) sarcastically looked at him, and made a gesture with his hands at the food. He was so rude, my son said, never mind and we left. Generally this establishment has good food and great service, but today this guy dropped the ball. You can have good food, but bad customer service will keep customers away.

My top pick for places to eat in the food court at the mall. I live in the area and occasionally stop by the mall for the sole purpose of grabbing a meal from here.The two most popular dishes which I pictured here, Bourbon Chicken (left) and Mongolian Chicken (right), are the best two entrees in my opinion. Their Lo Me in is great as well. Very "healthy" portions, so you are guaranteed not to leave hungry.
