Fantastic food! Went for our four year wedding anniversary and Hunter made everything even better! Also I didn’t catch the hostess name but she made both mine and my wife’s heart smile! If you haven’t been here, do it!

Absolutely loved this place. The food was truly authentic Italian — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
The atmosphere is calm and elegant, and the service was outstanding!!!Everyone who works here is exceptional. A special thank to the lady at the front desk Mary and to Caroline, who took care of us — both were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive❣️
This is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. We will absolutely be coming back. Maria 💕

I took my sister to Salvino's tonight for an early birthday celebration. It was a first time for both of us. The food was excellent, the place was beautiful and our waiter, Hunter, was awesome. I had chicken parm and my sister had lasagna. We also had dessert. We were both very pleased, and we will definitely be back.

This is my wife's favorite restaurant and knowing it was the perfect choice, I took 4 coworkers and 4 customers to Salvinos. The first time for all of them. Everything you want in a customer dinner. Price is very reasonable for a high end dinner and plan on another meal with the leftovers. Don't overthink it. Pick Salvinos.

Phenomenal experience!!! I use the term “experience” because my wife and I both feel we ended our meal having found  a new “Italian Home” right here in Greensboro. As new residents to Greensboro, coming from NYC (where we regularly dined in authentic Italian spaces on Arthur Avenue, Mulberry Street and, in Bay Ridge to name a few) we found ourselves fortunate to have learned of this fine dining eatery. Salvino Cucina is unquestionably a slice of home for us. Every appetizer, entree and dessert ordered caused us to pause, look at each other and, share comments on the care taken in preparing the various dishes (freshness, presentation, serving sizes). And get this . . . all for a more than reasonable price (I certainly would have paid more but, let’s keep that between us). In addition to the food, the service was exceptional beginning with our initial contact with the matradee, Ashlynn who accommodated us in light of a full house (on a Saturday night). Our server, Miguel was highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our requests/needs (shout out to Sharon who also assisted us and even gave us a few extra pieces of that exceptionally tasty bread to take home and enjoy with our remaining food. Last but certainly not least, we had the privilege, prior to leaving to speak with the restaurant owner, Ms. Speaker who seemed to be everywhere leading as a “hands on restauranteur”.  This is indeed an exceptional restaurant, one we believe will leave you feeling full, satisfied and anticipating your next visit.

Bravissimo, is all we can say . . . Bravissimo!

This was our first experience at Salvino. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My husband ordered a shrimp and scallop seafood pasta and, I had lobster ravioli. The sauce for the lobster ravioli was very distinct and original. The portions were plentiful and we departed satisfied and with leftovers! Our server, Miguel was very friendly and accommodating. The environment was cozy. We will dine at Salvino again.

Really enjoyed our meal here! The portions were huge and unless you’re very hungry, I would recommend splitting an entree and an appetizer if you’re dining with a partner. The food was deeply flavorful and rich. Veal saltimbocca was tender with a velvety sauce and linguini with clams was buttery and had a little kick from a touch or chili flakes and black pepper. Felt like the side of pasta with red sauce wasn’t needed given the portion sizes. The server helped recommend very nice wine pairing as well. Atmosphere was casual on the bar side and it felt very warm and welcoming. Will be back!

We are pretty picky Italian food eaters. The food here was really good. We got there around 5:30 on Wednesday evening without a reservation and were able to get seated. All the staff were very friendly. Service was quick. Would definitely return.

Ordered takeout on a busy Saturday night. The parking lot was packed but they were still able to get my order made within 20 minutes, which was very reasonable!

The hostess was so sweet, helpful and welcoming.

We ordered the mussels, calamari, beef and mushroom soup, and chicken picatta. All excellent, nice portions and robust flavors. The chicken was juicy and surprisingly thick as most other places cut their chicken cutlets thin!

Definitely recommend this place! It’s amazing!
