The so called "homemade Italian dressing" was just oil with a sprinkle of seasoning at the bottom. Ordered 10 piece Wing Hot Buffalo flavor, wings were naked with the sauce sitting at the bottom like they literally did not shake the wings up in the sauce AT ALL. Also ordered a cheeseburger..... We ordered from the Tate Street location. When the girl read the order back she read it back correctly. When we recieved the pizza it was completely wrong. Called the store tried to explain what was wrong she put another person on the phone. Immediately he had an attitude. Said his person did not make a mistake. I said what the hell. Tonight I ordered Sam's through UberEats. My original order was 10 jumbo wings for $16.99. I thought that was a bit pricey for wings, but I've ordered other items from them in the past and have been satisfied. A few minutes after placing the order, Sam's called to let me know that they were out of regular wings but could replace them with their boneless wings. I agreed to the switch, thinking that the boneless wings would also be "jumbo." However, the boneless wings that arrived were more like 10 tiny, burnt chicken nuggets, nowhere near worth the $17 I paid for them. I was very disappointed and will likely order elsewhere for late night eats.

Went today with my roommate, we both ordered separately. Only one other person was waiting on their food. Was told it would be 20 minutes after in the oven for one item, I had no problem waiting so ordered anyway. 30 minutes later I got two parts of my order and I asked on the status of the third and final item- heard the chef audibly laugh as he put it in the oven. Chefs weren’t wearing masks. Stood at the counter for several minutes without being spoken to when I tried to ask any questions. Awful service, won’t be back.

I will never order from this place ever again.I tried to order Via DoorDash, and I understand there is issues with DoorDash,But the woman who answered, was so rude.I called just to see if they were still accepting orders,She said I have nothing to do with DoorDash. I said I understand that I’m just asking if it’s okay if I still order, hung up on me.Then I call back to see if my door dash driver had picked anything up, the same woman picked the phone up and said “I have customers and have nothing to do with DoorDash, stay at home.” And hung up.This is may the worst customer service I’ve witnessed ever.Literally disgusting behavior.Never again ✌️

The calzone I ordered for delivery online was fantastic, the dough is flavorful and not overly seasoned, the calzone is stuffed to the brim with the toppings ordered. The calzone is an outstanding deal for the amount of food they give you. The delivery took a little bit of time although it was rush hour and navigating this complex can be tricky for any delivery driver.10/10 will order again!

Called twice and was told to “hold on”. after 20 minutes of waiting the phone hung up. i preceded to call again and let him know it was me and i was ordering for delivery and refused to be put on hold AGAIN (because at this point i had been on hold for a total of 35 minutes from the first 2 calls). the man then responds with a nasty attitude saying he has a line in the store..... don’t get me wrong the food is good but the customer service is trash. definitely just lost a very loyal customer.
