Starting to show signs of being run down, food is same as ordering take out, chefs drop tools that they flipping or whatever, waitress only took our order and never came back for drinks at all 2/10 should’ve went to take out

Went yesterday on Valentine’s day for lunch. Food was pretty good. I asked for steak and chicken but received steak and shrimp. Still pretty good. Glad I like shrimp. Didn’t offer to fix order. My wife ordered chicken and shrimp pretty good too. Check came and bill was 58.00 I guess they charged 2.99 for water and.99 cents apiece for the dipping sauce that we were taking home with us. Also 18% gratuity all day for Valentine’s Day. The final bill was $69.50 charged to my card. They didn’t explain the extra charges that were added and should have been included. Especially sauce that we had been using while eating.

Not half as good as Arigoato .cook didn’t put on a show like Arigato cooks do. Waitress didn’t even write on my daughter n laws order didn’t discount her order either. Not going back there😠😠

Usually great food, for dine-in at least, but things have progressively changed negatively, for take-out especially!! The worst take-out we have ever had was tonight; when you spend the batter part bbn of $80 for a meal for TWO, you should e able to expect a certain quality, at minimum, and tonight's food really sealed the deal with Sapporos for us. It was obviously cooked in a hurry because my filet looked like charcoal briquettes on the top and bottom, and now for supper they now only offer soup OR salad, not both as it has been recently and forever, with no cut in cost despite removing that option. NOT TO MENTION, my "salad" (*******of which I could only choose one between salad or soup!) was LITERALLY ALL LETTUCE AND ONE SHREDDED CARROT PIECE?!?!?!?!? Absolutely never giving them business ever again. Have been a fan of Sapporos for over 12 years, but now really unhappy with whatever changes have been made the past few times we have been there and ordered take-out because it has apparently drastically affected the quality of the food.

Good food, the chef put on a fire show which was cool, I don't recommend the salmon, it was very fishy and dry, however the chicken and shrimp was amazing.

The place doesn't look sanitized. If you ever go here pay attention to the sides of the grills and where the cook is standing when cooking. It's disgusting. The wild thing is the food is amazing.

Took the family out to dinner yesterday and was very disappointed in the cleanliness of this place . We are a family of 4 . Just walking to the table my son joked about his shoes sticking to the rug . When we sat down they had a bunch of sause cups stacked up on the table. The Server tried to slide them down table with her arm knocking alot onto the floor then stacking them back up on the other side of the table. Our side of the table and our plates were covered in grease you can tell nothing was cleaned since the last meal and if they are that lazy to not even clean what people can see I can't even imagine how dirty the kitchen and areas people can't see are . My family and I just walked out and went down the street to a nice Greek restaurant and had a great meal .

They cook and then clear the dirty plates. They leave the ones that aren't used and just clean where people sat. So when you sit, the plate and counter are dirty. If they that lazy about cleaning where you can see it, how clean you think the kitchen is!?!

Everything felt really rushed.The cook only interacted with 2 children the first 5mins and that was it. The waitress lacked in customer service. It was all rushed..it was OK but I'll never return..
