It's been a while since I've tried something new. I'm so glad I made a planned stumble into this place. Smoothie King is no secret... but WOW! I've found my go-to place for a self-care treat. The young staff didn't make me feel like a total idiot when I told them that I didn't know where to start. The bright-eyed smoothie-maker extraordinaire simply asked what fruits I liked, and she, with the speed of an AI generated response, said I'd like the Pinapple Surf. She was spot on! Long review summary: this place is fantastic. Go ahead and treat yourself to anything they have. It's all so good!

Very disappointed with service today. I've been to this location a few times and not the most friendliest atmosphere most of the time. Only depends on who's working. Today was different, I sent my husband in (he is new to this location) to pick up a acai bowl for me lunch. He proceeded to place an order and was greeted by an employee by the name of DENISE instructed another employee to fix the order because in her own words "I'M NOT DOING ALL THAT" Mind you my order was very simple I just excluded the drizzle and granola on the side to be exact from the bowl(not complicated). I receive the bowl and not only was it the bowl lacking fruit but they substituted the blueberries for something they normally don't use. With a bowl that cost close to $13.00 it was lacking. I proceeded to call the store and spoke to (DENISE). Her excuse is they ran out of the blueberries. Well next time don't make bowls that consist of that ingredient or better yet offer the customer something else to go into the bowl. Her disposition on the phone was lacking so I requested to speak to a manager to my surprise she indicated she was one of them (I think more training is needed to be a manager) or better yet don't work somewhere that requires you to be nice to clients. As of now I have yet to receive a return call from another manager. I think corporate needs to come into this store and see what's going on. It seems to be employee moral is down.

Shout out to Richard and his incredible team! Rarely have had any issues grabbing a treat here at this location— I’m a smoothie girlie and my current fixation has been tropical cafe but smoothie king is an OG for me since highschool! Doesn’t disappoint, especially when dieting.
Of course I have to point out they no longer offer $5 Fridays which suck! and one day when ordering on the app for my bowl, I noticed the taxes were increased compared to ordering a smoothie. Not sure why but it has been fixed. Beware of that.

I have nothing but positive experiences at Smoothie King on Battleground. I come in pretty early in the morning and Q is there all by himself. He is amazing because there usually us a good amount of people there. He handles everyone with ease.He is prompt, professional, patient and makes an AMAZING Bee Sting Bowl! He greets everyone and you all are so lucky to have him!The place is always clean and I appreciate that!

I go to smoothie king pretty much every other day, I wait until the late afternoon because Neeya (I hope I spelled her bame right) makes THE BEST acai bowls!!!!! She puts the bowl together very well. I'm a PB swizzle girl with extra granola! Lol thanks Neeya! ☺️
Went to get a smoothie on 4/17, ordered via app like I always do with no issues. This time, it takes my money but the order didn’t go through tells me to go inside. They all look so confused like they were born literally that morning. The cashier then proceeded to say “I have to take a picture of your receipt and send it to my manager and then he has to send it to blah blah blah” I don’t even know what all she said towards the end because she lost me with sending it to three different other people. What kind of company has a refund process so tedious when the mistake was on their end? I told the cashier that they are having mobile ordering issues and that this is the PERFECT TIME TO CUT OFF SAID SAID SYSTEM … all she says is “yeah I know”like she thinks she’s in cheerleading camp still. She mentioned that they have been having issues all day. They will not make your smoothie unless it pops up on their screen. This location will cut off their system whenever they are behind on orders or don’t feel like working and I have heard an employee say that personally. They never called me because the intelligent cashier never mentioned to take my number down. I ended up doing a dispute and getting my money back, but this location sucks. I will no longer ordering off the app
