1st time and will definitely not be my last time showing up at this establishment. I arrived at 4 ordered and my food was ready by 4:30. I ordered to go as I live close to the Alamance county line. Was home by 5 and the food was still hot. They give sauces with your items as they are not needed. The meat is seasoned perfectly. I don't post many reviews on Google. But this place needs to be experienced and is the bomb!! I lived in South Florida for 27 years and have been missing authentic Colombian Bandeja Paisa since moving to the Triad. Not anymore!!! It's literally as good as Rinconcito Del Alex El Paisa and Los Arrieos both in Kendall Fl. It was well worth the 25 minute drive from Pleasant Garden to pick it up!! This was my first time trying Sofrito and so glad that I did! I ordered through DoorDash because I kept seeing the main picture pop up of papusas. I have been looking for a place around here that serves good papusas and Sofrito is it! I ordered a few dishes to try and to have several meals from it all.
