I was at a Greensboro Starbucks and I had a mobile order that was not close to being ready when I arrived. The drive-thru was very busy so I went in. I had to wait about 5 additional minutes before someone acknowledged me and asked about my order. It took another 5 minutes after that. Meantime, I observed the store which seemed a little unorganized and no attention to small things like dirty tables and the counter. Thank God my coffee was good.
I recently visited Starbucks and I had a genuinely eccentric experience. The environment was welcoming, and the staff were attentive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the friendly servicer taking the time to inform me on the hello kitty’s. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. I’m glad I stopped by, and I would definitely return. Thank you to the team for making my visit enjoyable.
Most of the time you get good service and served quickly. That drive thru lane can be a beast sometimes causing the speed of service inside to suffer but I've rarely had an issue with the baristas themselves. Usually very friendly and nice. This is my favorite store, especially on the weekends.
