Subway

I ordered a steak and cheese sub Tues night, with American cheese (and paid for extra cheese). Toaster with just mayo. I got back to work (Krispy Kreme ) and there was no cheese at all. Just steak and mayo. It was still good. But when ordering a steak and cheese, should be common sense to add cheese. I've called a few times since tue night, and all it says is that all sandwiches makers are busy helping other customers.

I had a great experience today, 10/4/19 around 6 pm, the two ladies working were extremely professional, great customer service, and were si helpful, friendly, and repectful. I regret not getting their names but the one who made my sandwich made it as if it were her own, with extreme care. They even held my order while I went to get change for a 50 dollar bill. This location has a 95.0 score. The person fixing my sub was very sweet. I do have some concerns as I noticed the cleanliness of the place. It does need some TLC. The tables could be wiped down, floor swept and the trash picked up. The appearance of the place is important. Alot of the condiments were empty or not layed out for service.
