1st off terrible idea to have a subway drive thru

Customer service through drive thru was rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced this kind of customer service from any other Subway location before. Very disappointed in my experience today. This is the second time I have experienced this kind of behavior at this store. I must admit, I question if customer service is offered and taken seriously by employees at this location.

Avoid at all costs. Miserable staff, out of stock items, and VERY long wait times. Wasn’t going to post a review even though it was a bad experience. Until I found a piece of the thing used to put sandwiches in the toaster stuck to the end of my sandwich. Thank god I didn’t eat it! Can’t believe they would serve it

I ordered a steak and cheese sub Tues night, with American cheese (and paid for extra cheese). Toaster with just mayo. I got back to work (Krispy Kreme ) and there was no cheese at all. Just steak and mayo. It was still good. But when ordering a steak and cheese, should be common sense to add cheese. I've called a few times since tue night, and all it says is that all sandwiches makers are busy helping other customers.

Hope you’re not in a hurry, if you go through drive thru it’ll take them 15-20 minutes just to even acknowledge you. They always have no line and no cars in the parking lot but can’t seem to do their job. Terrible service every time I go to this subway. Ridiculous.

They were out of there special item recipe subs. Settled for steak and cheese. Store was clean .

The men's restroom has been out of order for a few weeks now. So if they can't get funds to fix this problem what else are they over looking?

I had a great experience today, 10/4/19 around 6 pm, the two ladies working were extremely professional, great customer service, and were si helpful, friendly, and repectful. I regret not getting their names but the one who made my sandwich made it as if it were her own, with extreme care. They even held my order while I went to get change for a 50 dollar bill. These ladies gave me one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food chain in a long time especially with their amazing attitudes. I would reccomend this location to anyone looking to be taken care of properly.

Horrible. Got mayo all over outside of subs. Refused to listen to what we wanted on the subs. Put things on iy we didn't even ask for. Tomatoes weren't eben in the sub. Horrible, and one of them was extremely rude.

This location has a 95.0 score. The person fixing my sub was very sweet. I do have some concerns as I noticed the cleanliness of the place. It does need some TLC. The tables could be wiped down, floor swept and the trash picked up. The appearance of the place is important. Alot of the condiments were empty or not layed out for service. Got to work on that grade! Also I went to the drive thru so I can grab some grub and head home. I sat there for 5 mins....no one. I let the lady prepping food that i sat there waiting in the drive thru. She said "I'm sorry"

this location use to be my favorite but lately the past few months they are always out of products, wraps, steak, you name , Everytime. Order a 6 inch sub, it was cut so small it was like the kids size, less than half of a footlong but still get charged $5. Definitely not your money's worth.
