Drive thru was closed and had a car park in the driveway a employee and I had to back out the drive way because the employee stayed parked in the drive way and a black lady rude said she couldn’t give me ice for my bottle drink that wasn’t cold and kept saying we don’t have cups clearly I see cups and my bread was hard

Truthfully I did not order anything here because they did not have the cookies I was looking for when I stopped in. I worked in food service for many years, and am curious if something has changed? I was disturbed to see twowomen chowing down on food behind the counter. A restaurant full of tables, and you’re chowing down behind the counter where you prepare food? This was unacceptable when I worked in food service, I’m not sure why this is okay in 2023.

If you see this sign lighting up and it's after 8pm any day of the week. Stop getting out your car pulling the door. The LOBBY CLOSES AT 8PM EVERYDAY..

A friend and I went to go and dine in at Subway, on Summit Avenue in Greensboro.Subway is my go to spot for Grinder’s sub sandwiches and more and we walked in to Waze very pleasant atmosphere, and positive fives from the two employees that were there. They greeted us wholeheartedly with a doozy as him, and it was very easy to place our order especially when we order the same thing that we always get. We had a little trouble paying for our order because the SUBWAY® app was malfunctioning and did not give me my points, nor the promotion of half half of a second foot-long sub. So we end up paying $28 and although my sub was delicious. The meal just wasn’t the same because they didn’t have the Italian herbs Parmesan rolls that I always get so that made a difference in the taste of the bread.There was no ice in the fountain area at all, and although I ordered a sweet tea, I ended up getting a bottle Coca-Cola, because I got busy and couldn’t come out there and get us some ice. The food was hot and fresh and quite tasty to me, my friend that dined with me experience a problem.My room went back to the counter. I was not as nice as he could have been, and although he embarrassed me, the girls was very patient understanding and handled him being a problem, customer very professionally.I was proud of the way those two girls ran that busy store and chemically with just the two of them and no management. The only can then I can think of would be. I want to wash my hands after I eat and I told me that the bathroom was close. I was only about 6 o’clock in the evening.I would freak which this restaurant back again because of the positive vibes and cheery attitudes. I felt way better about eating in this restaurant than any of the restaurant that sells fast food on Summit Avenue. Great job girls. I can’t wait to see the level of management that y’all ascend to. Wow at the store. You’re on your way to a great start.

Light skinned bald head woman very rude and would not recommend anyone to eat here. Placed an online order and went to pick it up, when I get there she proceeds to tell me my order didn’t come through and won’t make my order. I’m showing her my receipt and transaction that came out of my bank account showing paid and what I ordered. Was rude and said I would need to call customer service which by the way doesn’t have an actual person you can talk to. I told her it probably didn’t show because I was a little early. No she knows it all and knew what she was talking about. 3 seconds later it pops up, no apology or anything I no longer wanted my food and filed a complaint.

They never heard of customer service. Rude & condescending when pointing at a sign that says no coupons. Why not just say it politely and apologize? I might have placed an order but I walked out when they just point. Use your words, we are all adults here...

I was in subway today I met a young man name ASHTON. his customer service was awesome. This is the reason I'll be coming back, he's a keeper. Had a wonderful time getting my sub thanks Ashton. He's only 15 awesome young man awesome

Black olives why do they not accept coupons and all the other Subways do this is a Subway close to where I live and I live by coupons really hurts. They say the scanner is not working. !!!!
