I sat at the drive through speaker box for an hour the other night while they came back every know and then to tell me me they were only taking delivery orders...at some point there were ten cars behind me and the two cars that had already ordered ahead of me we all sat there...at right around 3 am they started giving people their food and taking orders...right at closing time basically...I suppose they thought we would all leave without getting anything...some did...but a lot waited...and the food was still terrible...I have recorded video of people angrily walking around their cars while waiting and of me talking about how long Id been there

I am convinced that every Taco Bell in Greensboro is owned and managed by children. If your employees can't do something as simple as heat up beans, and are willing to serve their customers beans that are hard as a rock with onions and sauce everywhere, you shouldn't be a business. I am giving the service a 2, just because the Taco Bell on Gate City is the worst I've ever seen. I have always been a big supporter of Taco Bell, and vouched for it numerous times. However, considering I can't even change Taco Bell's for the service and food to improve, I am never going back. I am more likely to find myself getting sucked into a Black Hole than I am to get a burrito that wasn't put together in a fashion meant to build houses. If I ever decide I want to have the worst lunch ever, with teenagers who can't showcase basic customer service skills, and shatter all of my teeth, I will order a Burrito from here. I could manage this taco bell better on a Zoom call than the actual manager does face to face with their employees.

Arrived tonight for a late dinner. As it's taco bell I don't expect much - and even with such a low bar I was floored at the poor excuse for service.The interaction started with being told to hold on 4x before I could even order.I ordered a Deluxe cravings box with a Dt Pepsi and a #6 - Beef with a soft taco and Dr Pepper. The girl taking my order couldn't figure out how to ring it up and we spent a good few moments waiting for her to get it in the system. (repeated 3-5x for each item).When we got to the window, a very confused guy informed us that he and a coworker had changed stations and then gave me the total. When I gave him payment he took it but never gave a receipt. Then came back a moment later to inform us that there was no Pepsi or Dr Pepper. When we asked about siera mist or Rootbeer, he failed to listen 5x. Then threw his head over his shoulder looking at the machine and and said "yah No" eventually he offered Mt Dew or Baja Blast. While he was filling these drinks we heard him take another order which requested 2 "sprites" and he said "Yah, no problem"..... after telling us and we could clearly see that was not an option.When we finally got a bag of food we found there were no tacos or burritos. No sauces including the avocado Verde and my chalupas were chicken not beef as ordered. We went up to the door to find it locked and 5 cars sitting in the parking lot also dealing with error orders with one manager running back and forth trying to fix things one customer at a time. What we received in our "fixed" order was 2 crunchy tacos and a soft taco - all missing the vegetables. No sauce, or burrito were ever given.Finally the food - while expected to be barely edible were slimy, greasy and less than the low standard expected from this chain. Suffice to say I will not be back to this location and would appreciate a refund for my trouble.

I went to pick up my food in line , the car in front of me got his food, he kept the bag inside his car ,, went in it looked at food hands (all on it)realize he had wrong food...gave it back,when I got to window behind him they hand me the bag he played in ..I told them it's was unsanitary to hand food out the window and then give to some one else,they lied and said they didn't,, looking right at them,denied it.on summit Avenue..Greensboro n.c.

Very inconsistent on wait times. Online order says ready for pick up and had to wait 12+mins after walking in to receive it, cause it actually wasn't made

Rushed to order, after it each item ordered "anything else" over and over. Didn't have any soda, out of everything except Baha Blast. Didn't even have Tea. This was on Wednesday the 20th at around 4:30pm. You suck!!!!!!

What has happened to taco bell's menu? It's gross and very unhealthy looking! Mexi-melts are gone along with many more favorites! R.I.P. taco bell cuz your dead to me. What an awful menu. It was so bad I refuse to order. You really NEED to close down this taco bell! It's a disgrace.

They are so rude here, I ordered online and waited at the speaker for 15 minutes with no response. Came inside and still no response for another 10 minutes. I patiently waited and watched the workers with 1 order on screen. A lady cooking in the back noticed me standing there and asked me if anyone helped me and I yelled out no. The other staff tried to stop her from speaking to me. I then got told by a girl I just got here and I literally watched her working before I walked in and waited. The staff was rude, no one greeted anyone or paid attention to customers walking in. They are focused on themselves and not the customers.

This place is completely disgusting! These folks will literally serve you broken tortilla shells that go on a Mexican pizza and expect you to be okay with it There customer service completely sucks! Like these workers are so pissed they had to clock in. Very rude and will rush you to place your order. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. I also have noticed there business has slimmed to hardly anyone coming to this location. Management - DO BETTER! Stop allowing these folks to serve customers just anything! I heard employees cussing at customers etc..Do better, it's 2024This location needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I don’t even know how/why this establishment is still open. The entire team needs some professional development skills/training. This location you submit your order (not sure if they are reading the orders) and when you pay for extra and ask about it they get the nasty attitude. I asked a question regarding the menu and got cursed out. The district manager should definitely do a pop up visit preferably Weekday during the hours of 12-2. If you want Ghetto they got all levels of it and soggy nacho’s.
