Food was good, typical Taco Bell. Customer service was great despite the slllllllooooow drive thru service. Possibly short staffed on the day I visited...will revisit again...

This Taco Bell is good and the employees have been friendly every time I've gone but they always get something mixed up with my order. First I ordered the chicken enchilada burrito and got the beefy 5 layer, then I ordered the chicken quesadilla and got just a plain cheese quesadilla, so just make sure everything is right in your bag before you drive away.

The management and staff are always nice and helpful and the food is tasty. I have also appreciated the free senior drinks, that Taco Bell provides for seniors. It is a great selling point!

I really like the veggie burrito. I just wish they'd roll the burritos so the guacamole/sour cream etc isn't only at one end. That really doesn't seem like it would be such a difficult thing to do, but invariably, whichever Taco Bell I go to, of I get a burrito, everything is all blobbed up at one end. Come on!

Food was not fresh nor good. Also why offer salads if you don't have dressings??! The only thing that was good was the Baha Blast to be honest. Service was good, they were busy but I got my food fast.

Taco Bell has always been my go to for fast food, as I'm vegetarian, and there'd always been options for me, as they kindly list the helpful V to them. They recently added more veg options to their menu, and the fiesta burrito is yum. I'm glad one place does all that for their non-meat eating customers.

Didn't actually eat at Taco Bell went to Popeyes Chicken ? ? & orded me a 3 piece meal deal it was hot & fresh & right on point.Parking: The parking spot was manageable.Kid-friendliness: I'd say something like popcorn chicken or chicken strips for kids or some mc n cheese & small drink.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking.

If I could give a zero I would. This place from the management, staff, service level, quality, and cleanliness is disgusting.

I honestly don't even know where to start other than to say that if I could give them a 0 star rating, I would after tonight. We used the app to place an order, got to the store to pick it up around 10. We got in the drive thru as usual. An hour and 15 minutes later, we were still there!! 2 cars had moved. The first hour we were there, 0 cars moved through the line. Once we got the food it was cold and soggy. The soft taco alone was so greasy I couldn't make it any further without getting sick. Once we finally made it to the speaker box, I had to speak up as there was nothing coming from their side. Someone responded when I said "hello?" They said that they apologized, they were short staffed, and they would be right with me. 5 minutes later they asked for my order. It seems that both management and the employees need a refresher course on how to run a restaurant. Actually to be fair, it is probably only the management that is incompetent. When fast food takes longer than a steakhouse, there is a problem. About two years ago, I went to a random taco bell in Wilmington. It was late night, only drive thru open. There was literally one staff member. Just one. In the entire store. She apologized that my food took 10 minutes. She still managed to get my order out to me with an hour to spare!! SINGLHANDEDLY...it's very obvious that this establishment needs new management all around.
