Always great food, they are always ready to answer food allergy questions too. Great attention to details.
Came here for a late lunch. It was a Thursday so they were having their taco Thursday special - I got two servings, three carne asada, one lengua, one carnitas, and one al pastor.
I would say the tacos were okay in general. I came from California, do business in Arizona, and I’ve been to Mexico, so I’m familiar with very good quality Mexican food.
That said, this is Greensboro and we don’t have that many Mexicans so I don’t expect Mexican food here to be really good. The quality was on par to my expectations but nothing exceptional.
I was a little surprised this restaurant is sitting at a 4.4. I had an excellent lunch at a reasonable price.

The agua pepino and beans were delicious. However, the pastor tacos were horrible. The taste was so bad I spit the first bite out. Pastor is one of my favorites but not here. The tortillas I had were not hand made unfortunately. The tamales I had tasted very dry and not good. 50 dollars in the trash sadly.
I usually don't rank restaurants as 5 stat unless they are exceptional and 5 - a star dining experience. Keep in mind this rating is based on your typical Mexican restaurant. Food is great and the service is great. Price is very reasonable. Try the chorizo dip.

The food quality is high and exceptional service of this establishment is great!
They really care and it’s observed upon entry. Even when it’s busy - they take great care of you and pay attention to detail.
It does have more of a West Coast feel than traditional NC Mexican - I love it. I go simple with tacos here. They are doing it right.
