If I could give zero stars I would. The QR codes at the table don't work, the tables are dirty and trash on the floor. They weren't busy and still couldn't get anyone to come to my table. This airport really needs another option, this isn't the first time I've experienced sub par service here.

Service? What is service? I sat at the bar for 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. Date 20 November 2025 around 650pm. All I wanted was a beer, maybe two before my flight. I guess I won't stop next time I fly in a few weeks.

I walked out of this restaurant after waiting for 25 plus minutes for service. My party of six received no greeting whatsoever and not even drinks were requested. The female server sat there with her little black helper and talked. Two airport workers walked into the restaurant and she delightfully ran to their side and struck up an entire conversation.and gave her a warm greeting. I left and I told her thank you for the lack of service. This is the only restaurant in the terminal and it is disappointing that we cannot get service because she wanted to not do her job. Someone needs to contact her manager.

The wait time is unnecessarily long and the waitresses do not acknowledge customers when they arrive so you are not even sure you will be served. I waited 40 minutes and no one came to my table.

Before my flight I grabbed a bite to eat- I’m so glad I did. The food was incredible and a good menu variety. I sat at the bar and Samantha was absolutely wonderful. She was very personable, funny and made the best drinks I’ve EVER had. I will definitely be going back!

This has actually GOT to be one of the worst airport restaurants or whatever you want to call this I’ve ever been. No attention to people whatsoever….everything out of stock. Didn’t even get to get my food nor Amaertto nor Mascot or even WATER. Then the lady that was my server was a tad rude when I kept asking where things were and she said I could go cause it’s going to be another 5 or 10 or 20 minutes she don’t know. Tables were dirty, plates and cups stacked on top of each other. Like this is beyond ridiculous…..I just ended up walking out cause I’m not about to spend no type of money here and I can’t even get a water.

Horrible customer service. I went in today and sat there for 30 mins and wasnt even provided water. I then flagged a waiter and ask her for water which she gave and when i tried to ask for my order she left without listening to me. Eventually my flight was about to depart and i had asked my order to be made a to go as i no longer had the time to eat. I got a cobb salad. When i boarded the plane and started eating i realized that the lettuce wasnt even washed properly and had sand in it. Had to throw it all away. Will never visit this place again.

Expectations were low for bar food, but chicken quesadilla was best food I had on my trip to Triad area. Highly recommend. What a great surprise!

Waited 1.5 hours for my chicken salad wrap and gave up waiting. Servers were rude when I asked how long. Said they were stressed and food was coming out slow. I was 1 of 5 people in the place then after an hour of waiting, when they got busy, everyone’s food came out but mine. The beer was warm and the service was terrible.

How in the name of God does this place have a high rating??? Although the two waitresses/bartenders were very polite and sweet, they are constantly swamped and it takes forever to get waited on. Got a drink after 15 minutes that had melted ice, no napkin or setup. Ordered hushpuppies and they were just fried dough - absolutely disgusting. No sauce, no silverware or plate - just plop down a bowl of fried dough. Do not order food here or be in a hurry to catch a flight. Took 10 minutes to get the check and had to go to bar myself to get silverware and napkins. Really bad.
