I purposefully placed an online order so I could pick it up and go. I only ordered 2 smoothies neither of which were ready when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes for my first drink and 30 more minutes before she asked if I was waiting for something else. I told her yes and before I could tell her the name of my second drink she told me they didn't have it. After some silence she asked if I wanted to replace it. I went through all that for some smoothies that tasted so terrible my mom and I couldn't even finish them. I definitely won't be coming back.

Got a smoothie and it wasn't even fully blended. It was full of ice chunks and unfortunately I didn't have the time to go in and ask for a new one.

I went early in the morning. They had one worker who was doing only mobile orders and in slow motion. The store slowly filled up because the mobile orders was priority. After already standing on line for almost 30 minutes when I get to the register he stated there is a wait because I’m here by myself. I was already there for 30 minutes. This was a terrible experience. If there is no employees why is mobile orders coming in. It’s really not the employee’s fault but you can clearly tell how irritated he was, and let’s face it who wants to be overworked in that way. I won’t be making another visit unless I’m making a mobile order.

I love Tropical Smoothies menu!! However the staff has a lot to be desired. They act as if you're bothering them and they can't be bothered to speak, acknowledge you or answer the phone!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. During our visit, my fiancée and I noticed multiple roaches crawling around the seating area and even near the counter. It was disturbing and completely unacceptable for a food establishment. We brought it to the staff’s attention, but they seemed indifferent and dismissive. The employees were not only unhelpful but also came across as rude and unprofessional.

As a 47-year-old customer who frequently dines out with my 19-year-old asian fiancée, I expect a basic level of cleanliness and respect. Unfortunately, this location failed on both fronts. We will not be returning, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously.

I have included an image of what the roach looked like, I am pretty sure it is definitely a roach :(

I’ve been coming here just about everyday for a little over a year and have always had great service the staff is awesome, the food and smoothies are always delicious.

If I could I would give a 0 star. I ordered a large jetty punch smoothie and tasted like straight water. No flavor at all would not recommend. I had to throw it away waste of $8.

I just had the best experience here. Normally I order online and walk in then walk out but today I went into the store. It started at the front door with a gentleman opening the door for me. Later I realized he worked there. Everyone in there greeted me which was like 4 people. They were very happy and cheerful. I said you know what I'm going to try something different today. I got the island green and tried it before I left. It was amazing. It's always good to have great service from start to finish and in this case it started from before the front door. Thank yall for making my day. Happy Holidays!!!

They just be throwing the sandwiches together. I’ve been here multiple times and the experience just gets worse. Came and one time and couldn’t get served. They claimed they were only taking online orders. Just shut the store down if you can’t manage. And the workers clearly don’t have ppl skills. One lady didn’t even ask if i needed help. Just stared at me until i spoke. How do these type of ppl even get jobs..

came in and ordered the açaí bowl and a smoothie. When I went to go pay it has the option to tip or not. I chose to not tip. Tipping at places like these is optional. Now, if I were at a sit down restaurant and did NOT tip, then that would just be absolutely wrong.
After clicking “no tip” Jenay S. who was checking me out saw on the receipt once it printed that I didn’t tip. He turned and looked at his coworker pointing at the receipt repeatedly saying “no? No? No?” Then he looked at me and back at her saying “no?” I immediately understood his very suggestive behavior as didn’t like the fact I did not tip.
So I looked at him and asked “ is it because I didn’t tip?!” I think he was taken back by my response thinking I just wouldn’t say anything and just replied by saying “oh.. no.. it’s something else”
I have worked in customer service for YEARS and I knew exactly what he was trying to do, but then when asked he didn’t want to admit to his very unprofessional and inappropriate behavior he had directly in front of my face for me to not say anything.
I have my 2 small children with me also and the whole interaction was so uncomfortable and completely uncalled for.
I watched him and the other employee make my smoothie and bowl like a hawk. Thinking they would spit in it or do something else to my order.
Such a weird situation and I just wanted to get out of there quick as possible. There was no welcoming when I came in just the whole vibe was so bad.
This was my first time at this location also but I won’t be coming back here.
How about if you expect someone to tip you… go work at la Hacienda right beside this place or even Elizabeth’s pizza.
Tipping culture has gotten absolutely absurd and to think I didn’t tip when that was never even an option before is so ridiculous.

The fruit is SPOILED ROTTON and you can taste it in your smoothie- Ive looked at the fruit in the containers and seen rotten fruit inside and just walked out- the manager on duty said he couldn’t remake the smoothie (with new fruit) until he completed the other orders when I placed my order 15 minutes ago- this is the third time I’ve had a sour smoothie and I’m over it!!!
