This Wendy's has a friendly and hilarious staff, despite being constantly understaffed. The food is hot and good, but the drive-through speaker may not always be working. Employees do their best with the resources they have, but some customers have experienced delays and issues with their orders, such as thin chicken sandwiches. The staff can be busy socializing instead of attending to customers, leading to slow service. While not the best or worst Wendy's in Greensboro, it provides a decent experience overall.
