Always an attitude at this location it’s weird. And common sense is if you give someone potatoes automatically give the customer ketchup shouldn’t have to ask everytime. Food is ok sometimes it’s fresh and sometimes it’s not…hit or miss here.

Just picked our food up from the Wendy's on Gate City in Greensboro. The Fave double burgers looked like a kindergartens art project. Smothered with ketchup and mayonnaise. One miniscule piece of lettuce. One tiny tomato and one pickle. The other was a Baconator and was just as bad. The bacon was just a very small amount of greasy bits. Not even enough to be one full piece of bacon. Ridiculous. Credit card machine wasnt working, Diet Dr. Pepper was out. Way too much money to spend on poor product like this.

Today, Feb.18, 2024, I stopped at this Wendy’s to buy the popular pretzel baconator. Once I got home and started to eat my food, I felt something hard. When I took the sandwich out of my mouth and opened it to check it I found a bread bag clip! I called the store to complain and the manager said “What do you want? You want us to make you a new burger?” I drove back to the store and when I got to the drive through window I waited a few minutes and she only gave me back a bag with the new burger and did not apologized for what happened. This could’ve been a chocking hazard, thank goodness it wasn’t a child who bit into the sandwich.

We went inside to get our food and the manager waited on us. She had a horrible attitude. We ordered burgers and fries with tea and diet Dr Pepper. She said they don’t have sweet tea behind the counter but get it out of the drink machine. No tea theee. Not even an option. No diet Dr Pepper or Dr Pepper and it’s been out for a good monthThis location is not a place I’ll go again.

Had a Horrible experience here. I ordered 2 meals and a 10 peice nugget and was charged $30 and was not given a receipt. They only gave me half of what i ordered. My sister went inside to get the food and they told her we never ordered the nuggets. She then proceeded to ask for a receipt because there's no way we were charged $30 for two burgers. They give her the receipt and she shows them that we were also charged for the nuggets. And that's when one of the employees starts talking back to her. The employee who took our order, then proceeds to start saying things about my sister to another coworker right at the register. I work in food service and I understand having customers who irritates you, but if you're going to talk to a coworker about it, you go to the back and talk about it not in front of other customers and not in front of the customer themselves. When my sister gets back into the car I look at the receipt and find that they charged me for the fries that come with my meal. Very disappointed with my experience as I've had some good experiences going through this and it is clear that the employees here do not care about their job or the people that they are serving. Even when we were receiving our food, you could see it on the employees faces that they clearly did not want to be there and we're very much annoyed at the fact that they were working and making a disgusted face at us after I said thank you when she walked to food out to me.

I ran out to the market and decided to stop by to grab a bite to eat on my adventure. When I got Wendy’s I did notice that the parking lot was clean and as I entered the store although it was busy, I was greeted promptly. Since I had ordered my food via the mobile app, I didn’t have to wait long for my food. It was hot, but not as fresh as I had hoped. The fries were a bit greasy and tasted as if they had been fried in old grease. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their tea was Southern Sweet Tea and refreshing. The dining area was clean but the trash can was overflowing. Overall experience was a 4. Would I go back yes but in hopes that the food is a bit more pleasing.Kid-friendliness: They do have a children’s menu and in most cases, if you utilize the app there are always deals for a kids meal.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wide enough for a wheelchair and they do have accessible parking. My only concern would be when the drive thru is full of cars, then it may be an issue for someone in a wheelchair getting to the entrance more easily.

Food was cold, hard, wrong and gross. We ordered 5 meals that all came with cold, hard fries. We ordered spicy nuggets for one of the orders and did not receive them. We asked for several different sauces: we got 7 ranches and a honey mustard (which wasn’t ordered). Very disappointed. For the cost of the food, the least you can do is get the order right and not serve old items.

It took them 30 minutes to serve a line of 3 cars in the drive through all while people inside the lobby left due to no service. This place should be shut down since the owner doesn’t have the competence to hire the right people. Don’t waste your time this location is an embarrassment to the Wendy’s
