Horrible customer service. Waited over an 1 hour for 6 wings, asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t give me a refund but that someone would call me in the morning about my refund.

If you place a online order so not go off of the time it gives you my order wasn't ready not even 1 hour later and then if you cancel it it's going to be 5-7 days before you get your money for bad service and super long wait

sad that corporate wont pay their staff enough to care about their work let alone a living wage. if i worked for 11/hr id give terrible service too. i cant even be mad at the employees, their time and energy is so undervalued. shame on the higher ups. ill make wings at home.

Today I stopped by the Wing Stop here in Greensboro to grab some Atomic Wings. It was a great experience. First and foremost the manager Diamond and cashier Da’nya were both a great representative of the company. They were funny, friendly, helpful and professional and welcoming. My wings were delicious, timely, and very hot “just like I like it”. Any time I’m in town I’ll make sure to stop by and shop here. Great great people and a great asset to the company.

I paid for 15 wings feed two. They have me 10 dry wings and the other 5 a flavor I didn’t ask for. I paid extra for 3 things of ranch and didn’t receive any. My drinks were watered down and flat. Workers need to stop being lazy and do their job right.

Staff were very unprofessional, my wait time was 33 minutes for 8 wings, and fries. During my wait I really got to see a lot of horse playing, and some of the associates just standing around. The place was not even busy, just very disorganized. There was only one person out of the eight that showed some kind of effort at getting customers orders out. I gave two stars only because my wings were on point, my fries were cold and the tea was like water, very light in color and tasted like water. They did not let me know that there would be any kind of wait, good customer service would have given you an idea of how long the wait would be as a courtesy. 8/12/2024 5:30p - 6:30p

The wings are just ok to me some of them are very small and I have to pay for extra seasonings to get the proper portions needed to get the flavor that I ordered. They have good people working there very respectful.

The food was really good honestly but the service sucked the cashier was rude and they got mad at us for asking for pickles and called my sister a liar when she showed them her burger and that it didn’t have any pickles when we specifically asked for them. We weren’t being rude or anything we just asked for pickles and they tried to make us bring back the rest of the food to investigate it? And we waited a Hour and thirty minutes for our food without saying anything and people that just walked in had gotten their food atleast in the span time of 10-20 mins after ordering.
