Drove to place an order because was having trouble placing online to be told at 11:15 they’re not taking anymore orders 🤔. Now mind you they close at 12. The manager I’m guessing black male with locs maybe is always rude. His customer service skills are very poor. Need work on that. But it’s no worries because I will not be returning. I drive to another location.

I’ve been a long time wingstop fan so when I saw the opened a location on battleground close to me I was pumped. Got 20 wings. 10 boneless honey bbq, 5 Louisiana, 5 lemon pepper.
They forgot to put the sauce on the boneless wings. Just dry chicken nuggets (?). And they BARELY seasoned the bone-in wings. It was disgusting. 0/10. Never going back to this location.

Slow service. Waited 40 mins for 15 wings. They were cold and employees were sitting on phones and chatting it up. Had to wait for them to get done to be able to place an order. Won’t return. Wingstop has become a joke lol.
