no joke i waited 15 minutes just to get my pickup and i got so bored that i went to get it inside and realized that they didn't know that i had a pickup order but the food was good the wait it felt like a eternity so i'm gonna take off a star because of the wait but its a zaxbys you can never go wrong with the food thats my opinion

First, the manager Herb is always friendly and very courteous. He makes you feel very welcomed. My salad here is always fresh and delicious. I have been to numerous Zaxbys and this location surpasses them all.

Listen I don’t really do reviews like that. But this manager Evan if I’m spelling it right is Underrated Unappreciated and probably Undervalued. Reason why I say this is because I looked up management salaries and pay. I’m praying that he’s getting a raise yearly. The few times I been there he has given quality customer service and respect. For me respect goes a long way in my book. I had an issue with my door dash order earlier that day went back later to just order...
