Ta’Shiya was the worst customer service worker I believe I have ever seen. She walked as slow as she possibly could when packing orders, refused to talk to the four people behind me, and it took 40 minutes for me to get my food (which someone else had to pack for her.) it took maybe 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, long enough for a worker to come up and tell me someone would be with me in a moment. I will never go back to this place, everytime I come here I have to sit and wait for long periods of time while the staff moves slow as a snail, working in fast food it’s fast paced so you have to move fast not slow,
Nasty staff and very unprofessional. Manager Tylee Joyner dismissed my complaint when I called back, regarding a rude drive thru Employee who was completely out of order. She had the nerve to ask me with an attitude, why every time I come through the drive thru, when she say welcome to Bojangles, I reply, yes Bojangles and proceed with my order.
