Placed a mobile order on their app. Went to get it and get told they “don’t do mobile orders, you’ll need to call them.” It was placed on the Bojangles app. Why would it take my cash, place my order to the store, then all of a sudden not accept mobile orders. Didn’t even offer a refund or even an apology. Not satisfied whatsoever.

The staff is slow and rude and the manager is a liar. I ordered my food in the drive through was told after paying that I had to wait 20 minutes for some dirty rice. I waited 40 minutes and was given cold food. I called to complain about it to the manager who then lied and said he was noting it and to come back another day for a 12 piece box.
