This is the most unprofessional Burger King I’ve ever been too. After asking for a sausage and cheese biscuit combo I was told they weren’t cooking any more biscuits Even though it’s breakfast time. I said ok I’ll get the other bread they had. Then told me I had to buy the egg, cheese and sausage combo but they will remove the egg. I told them I didn’t want to pay for the egg. So after the guy refused to not charge me for the egg I decided to leave and go elsewhere. Also the guy was wearing a stretched out bleach satin t-shirt and smelt like he just got back from an all night benger.

Breakfast was so disappointing this morning. I’m an regulars at this Burger King in the morning due to it being located in my work district. Usually the food is ok. This morning I was disgusted & completely disappointed. Sausage was red in the inside and French toast sticks were like biting bricks!!

Our family was eating late because we had been moving and packing all day. I placed an online order at 11:30. They close at 12. We subsequently waited in the drive through line and when we got up to get our food they said they were closed. Wouldn’t open the drive through window and would not refund my money. We left mad and hungry. By the way perhaps it is a good thing we didn’t get food from them. Their restuarant grade of cleanliness was 84.5, a B. This will be the first and last Burger King I go to. They at least could have opened the window and talked to us. What’s funny is they said they had no more food yet the people in front of us got their food.

SUPER SLOW! The only thing I can guess is when they close the lobby they only take a couple drive thru orders at a time, make those orders then move to the next person. As an Uber driver it’s impossible to pick up orders from here. Thursday through Monday the drive thru is slammed and moves crazy slow. The Uber order will say 20 min total for delivery and you’ll be in the drive thru for dbl thatI’m sure they have issues with staffing right now. Everyone does but if there’s 10 cars in their drive thru they’re gonna average 5 min per car at best.Im giving 3 stars because the customer service and the employees are awesome. They are really busting their butts to get food out but unfortunately BK has terrible pay and it’s hard for them to keep people.So ultimately the store owner is to blame as the employees seem to be doing their best in tough circumstances. Ownership just has them in a situation they can’t win. People constantly drive out of line and Uber orders are regularly canceled
