Food is delicious and staff is always so pleasant. I would love to see them remodel this entire store though, I believe this is the same building from at least 20yearsago.

I drove over an hour because there's no. Captain D's where I live. I did not regret the drive, they didn't disappoint at all. The lady in the front was patient, nice, looked very nicely and she was very respectful, as well the cook in the back. Clean bathroom and dining area. I will be going back and I hope they don't disappoint ever🤗

Not horrible but not that great either. The wait was crazy and it was only one car ahead of me. She waited I know 20 minutes just to order. I waited cause I wanted to try something different I had never been. For my first time it was not too good. And the portions are not great for the price lady at drive thru was nice.

Worst place EVER. And it’s honestly not even the food. It’s mainly the workers I gave this place so many chances. I’m definitely not coming back. First of all the workers are unprofessional. There’s a waitress there, she’s kind of light skin and has long hair don’t know her name but she and my husband are constantly flirting with each other, which I feel is very inappropriate. There’s also a cook there that’s an older guy, he’s kind of slim. Everytime I ask him to cook my food a certain way he says he can’t do it, but every other cook there does, it seems like he just doesn’t want to do his job. He’s also very loud and it just ruin the whole atmosphere. There’s another waitress there as well that looks on the younger side , she a brown/dark complexion, she really doesn’t need to work in customer service, she doesn’t smile or greet us and it seems as if she doesn’t want to be there. Every time I call to complain to make a suggestion I’m dismissed or ignored by the managers there. The last time I was there I just did takeout because I don’t even like dining in anymore, so I requested that my food be extra crispy to that it wouldn’t be undercook and pinkish in the middle like last time. I was told that they don’t do special request and when I wanted to do a refund I was told that I couldn’t. I’m pretty much over this place.

Complaint: Went in to get grilled white fish, because was told the last time it would be $6.99 on Wednesday and Sunday. Ordered then saw was charged regular price. When questioned cashier was told have to tell them (per the management )that it’s Senior or they don’t give it to you. The sign is big as day sitting right by register. I would say poor customer service!!!! For management to tell them not to mention it to the customer!!!

Poor excuse for seafood they were pretty good years ago but not anymore unless they make changes will not eat there anymore
The fish be too greasy most of the time. Batter too thick. Be full off the batter before you get to your fish. Captain Ds is good tho
