Ordered a huge Arnold Palmer they gave me large and said they were out of huge cups but still charged me for huge. Order chili cheese fries they gave me Cajun fries. Asked for honey mustard and Polynesian sauce only got Polynesian. Man pan handling at the window. Just a bad experience. Someone else should have been working the window

It was my first and last time eating there my Burger and cheese fries was nasty, the girl taking the order attitude was nasty only thing was good was the milk shake. I dont know about anything else there. my cousin had a chicken wrap and Cajun fries he said it was good but I won't be eating from there again

I couldn’t hear the lady who was taking my order because the microphone system kept cutting out. Then I got to the window and got the wrong drink and the other one filled to the brim with ice. I only got about two good sips and it was gone. The food was okay and the peach shake was good but the service was awful and I didn’t get what I had ordered. Disappointing.

This location has the most pathetic, sorry excuse for employees of any business I’ve ever been to. Nothing but miserable attitudes, miserable service, prices that change between the order point and the window; the only consistent thing about them is the disgusting behavior of the staff at every visit. The fact no one has put their hands on one of these people through the window is nothing short of a miracle in these crazy times.
Cashiers don’t know their menu and don’t know how to do their jobs, at all. They turn around and catch an attitude with you for their lack of common sense. How does it go from “$8.26.” At the order point followed by “$10.82.” At the window? When you ask there’s no explanation, no attempt to fix the issue, just slamming windows in your face, walking away and practically throwing your order through the window.
I’m nothing but nice at these places because I get how chaotic it can be. But in the middle of a random day when you have NO customers? Lose your attitude.
I’ll gladly drive out of the way to winterville to avoid this sorry location.

The food was OK. My biggest complaint was the cheerwine soda. It tasted like it had dish soap in it! The chicken sandwich was pretty dry. If you’re going for a chicken sandwich, you might as well go to Popeyes. The burger was pretty good. Only a lot smaller than thought it would be for a double patty. The hush puppies were perfect, however! And the fries are actually really good.
