This Cookout location is really close to my house, so I have been here a few times and will be coming here as long as I’m living here. I typically get a tray of some sort when I come here, either with a large tea or a water bottle to save for later. I’ve gotten the chicken strips and the big double burger as my entrees, and then usually white cheddar cheese bites, french fries, or chicken nuggets for my sides. Each time we’ve come here, the service has been kind and quick....
Service is usually on point, but today y’all slipping. I don’t know who’s in charge of the nuggets, but they’re not hitting. The burgers are messy, and the sodas taste like they came straight out the back of a tank. I’m not trying to be petty—but come on, do better!
Idk how this Cook Out still tastes just as good as it did almost 20 years ago. Definitely a once or twice a year choice because I do not want to die of a heart attack, but it consistently slaps. And it’s so good, I think the kids are saying now, that I am sat. Nostalgic and delicious.
