I love the crumbl cookie It was amazing i will visit there again
i love this store!
Overall, I was very disappointed with the way the store was being run. The overall dynamic was extremely off-putting. Two employees were sitting in the back doing minimal work—placing cookies on trays for the next day, while a large group of customers stood waiting to place and pick up orders. They acknowledged the door but made no effort to assist anyone.
Meanwhile, one employee was clearly overworked, handling DoorDash orders, in-store orders, and frosting cookies entirely on their own. Watching one person carry the workload while others stood around having conversations was frustrating and unacceptable.
The lack of teamwork and urgency made the environment feel chaotic and poorly managed. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.
I saw a lot of bad reviews but I tried it for my self and it did not disappoint at all especially the holiday cookie <3 !
