I can only rate the service as that’s where the experience started and ended, the drive through. Whoever is operating the drive through mic on the afternoon of September 15, 2025 approximately around 3:30 PM is likely causing this establishment to loose not only my business but those of anyone who needs more than a few seconds issue their order. I was spoken to as if I were a nuisance for not knowing EXACTLY what my party wished to order IMMEDIATELY. Pulled away from the order at a certain point due to being spoken to like I shouldn’t have bothered her in the first place.

Couldn’t get weigh done worrying about drive-through

I went at 8:00 made a mobile order online because I personally don’t like social interactions when I feel uncomfortable/ have anxiety. Anyways. We pulled up to the window at 8:11 to state we had a mobile order, the girl at the window was very sweet and apologetic with a mistake and then had us pull up to a spot to wait. After 20 more mins (it’s been 30 something mins now) I walk in to see what’s going on, the woman taking orders at the lobby had a smug attitude when stating it was coming out. I get it if you’re tired for real. I’ve worked fast food and worse. But I had so much anxiety to even come in, with an autistic toddler in the car asking where the food is overstimulated and hot outside. I just wanted to know where it was, then I didn’t get my child’s fry. That’s the worst part to me because I literally had to calm my kid down just to inquire about the food I paid for, to get an attitude. Now the girl at the window brought the food and she was still just as sweet and apologized for the wait. But I need this place to do better with being nice. It’s always the same TWO people with attitudes. I expect better out of a high rated fast food

You need to update your hours of operation online.

I was Greenville on my way back home to Morehead city North Carolina and stopped to get a large ice cream cone. Little did I know I was really getting a small ice cream cone that was set down inside of a large empty cone. That is extremely deceptive and there's no way that that was done by accident.
When I called the manager, I was told I could come back and get another ice cream cone but by this time I was already home.
She didn't seem to be too bothered by it.
It really makes you guys look bad

Ice cream was slightly melted even when they just made it. Other than that everything was great.

We enjoyed the dining experience and love introducing the kids to the blizzard- they were amazed that the ice cream didn’t fall out of the cup when our server turned the Blizzard upside down

Ordered a medium blizzard, tried to serve a small . Paid for extra candy pieces but received NO candy pieces at all! Poor customer service!!!
