I am so disappointed at the management at THIS Denny's. Never in my 36 1/2 years of life, have I ever been so disrespected by the manager, named Keke or Kesha whatever her name is, was so belligerent. I simply asked for a glass of tap water, she turned around and gave be a stank look. The staff was barely likable, there was at least TWO staff members that were curious, Omnipotent, and kind, to bring my food on time. The manager was probably the most rudest and slowest I have ever seen. The food was at least digestible, and I can only say I liked the two waiters that served me. Never coming here again, so sad that I waited $23 on pancakes that were 25 minutes late.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated! Hostess walked away leaving us standing there. A server came over and started seating us. It was not crowded! Finally sits down waiter takes my order. Bring coffee back. 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting on food! Paid for coffee and walked out! I won't be going back no time soon!

Server extremely unorganized. I waited at least 20 minutes for my meal and I received the order with the wrong toast. Also had difficulty getting server to fill my coffee.

Im not gonna lie, this is genuinely the worst dennys ive been to. So bad in fact that it made me want to leave a review. the ambiance and how the restaurant looked didnt give me high hopes in the first place, but its not like i expected a red carpet and a gold-bricked wall. I went in with a pretty big group, and we actually had a decent server named justin. he put together a couple tables and was able to make space for us all to sit just to get chewed out in front of us- literally for making the experience better this woman decided to stop what she was doing to nag him. After that, it took us an entire hour to get our food. And when the food came out, it was the sorriest excuse for a tbone steak and eggs ive ever seen. Again, im not expecting michelin star food here but come on! my steak was overcooked and my eggs found a way to be overcooked and undercooked at the same time! luckily Justin was a good sport about it and made sure it got remade when i said something about it.
My friends plates looked actually depressing. it looked like those hungry man microwavable tv dinners. I didnt want to be there anymore so i took my food to go. i went up to pay (took 20 minutes by the way) and a tile fell off the wall! I genuinely wish i never paid and i should’ve gotten a refund. Ive never pressed “No tip” so fast. I felt bad cause i thought justin was actually great but i was not gonna reward this dennys with a tip when i had the worst dennys experience here. Im not a karen or anything and i hate complaining at restaurants because i dont wanna make anyones life hard but as a consumer i feel like i should at least enjoy a meal at a restaurant.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

On the evening of Monday, October 27, 2025, I decided to enjoy a late-night meal. While the waiter’s demeanor was pleasant and professional, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The quality of the food was far below standard, yet the price somehow reached an astonishing $40. I’m not one to complain, but this occasion warrants an exception. The kitchen staff appeared more engaged in casual conversation than in culinary excellence, and the food’s presentation reflected that lack of focus. If management values its reputation, a serious reassessment of the cooking staff and preparation standards is long overdue.
