“I just stopped by my local Insomnia Cookies here in Greenville, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the new manager and the team. 🍪
The difference is noticeable the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere is much more positive, welcoming, and professional. The culture has clearly changed for the better. Customer service, product quality, and speed of service have all improved tremendously.
The staff does an excellent job of making every customer feel welcome, and it shows in the overall experience. I visit this location about three times a week, and the improvement has been consistent every time.

“I love this place, it’s my go-to place whenever I’m craving anything savory or sweet, they have a perfect mixture of both!! I love the staff as well; they are very sweet and are always respectful. 10/10 recommend for good service and good food. Props to them for still keeping their heads up even when dealing with rude and creepy customers, like I said the staff is always on top of their jobs!!“
