“I just stopped by my local Insomnia Cookies here in Greenville, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the new manager and the team. 🍪
The difference is noticeable the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere is much more positive, welcoming, and professional. The culture has clearly changed for the better. Customer service, product quality, and speed of service have all improved tremendously.
The staff does an excellent job of making every customer feel welcome, and it shows in the overall experience. I visit this location about three times a week, and the improvement has been consistent every time.

“These cookies were absolutely amazing, we were there and my card would not work. He handled it and gave us our cookies. I told the two young girls I had with me that he didn’t have to do that and that, was an act of kindness. It is extremely rare now!“
