Been going to this location a long time. Ive never had any issue besides of some drivers mistakes my neighborhood for a different one in a different location due to the same names but thats not there fault its the GPS . But I always order from this location and always loved it

Neil called to confirm the order with not beimg happy to be at work customer service can be better on the phone. But the delivery was better. The same woman who he gave the phone too after being highly unprofessional is who gave me a reason to still place my order. Brandy Peel is the best thing for that location..... Food, was ok, would of been hotter if they didn't watch me pull up and listen to the phone ring almost 5 mins while they stood there and laughed and talked until more orders came in... since no one is aloud on the lobby after 10pm

Very disappointed and highly upset that I even chose this location. So I went to pick up a carry out order which is now an option late nights. As I approach the building the open light were off so immediately I checked to ensure I had the correct location and indeed I did. I go back and check the app and it says my pizza is ready so I walk to the door because curbside wasn’t an option. As I am standing at the door a guy walks half to the door and turn around. The sign on the door reads the inside close at 10pm but please call. So I’m searching for the number since it’s not on their homemade sign which is taking a minute. While doing so I hear the girl in the inside say it says call. Well duh I’m not going to walk back to the car to make the call and to turn around just to walk back. That makes no sense. Another guy finally comes to the door and ask for my name as they are calling it out and I say that’s it. He go grab the pizza and as I’m speaking to him about the other two rude individuals and asked for their name which he refused to give he’s smirking. I told him that was rude and that I will be leaving a review. I failed to inform him that I will be calling corporate. That is completely unacceptable. If you are going to be polite when working with the public stay home.

Google says that they close at 1am, got there at 1015 and they were already closed. Sign on door even says 1 am.

Smoking? Came there one night to pick up a pizza and while waiting a couple employees came out the back saw smoke in the air. Are they smoking inside this place? Absolutely a NO NO!! Obviously their cameras dont work. Main Mgr should be fired for allowing this!
