IHOP is known for its pretty good food, but some customers have experienced slow service and inattentive staff. The breakfast burritos are missed by many. The atmosphere could be better, but it's overall okay. One customer had to wait over 30 minutes for food even though the restaurant was not busy. Another customer had a positive experience with quick service during a late-night visit. The restaurant is clean, with lots of parking, and the staff can be very attentive and helpful. During a snow day, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and service was excellent, with staff like Willie providing quick, friendly assistance and even demonstrating how to use take-out boxes. However, a larger group was turned away late at night for unknown reasons, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. IHOP's 24/7 advertisement might not always hold true, but overall, the service can be very good when staff like Willie are working.
