CHEAP
Very greedy people, I got my food delivered which was $30, i had 10pc chicken with fries. Y’all. These people put my wings in the bigger part of the tray and my fries in the part that has the two smaller parts for sides. This isn’t how it used to be and I barely get any fries, this is done to cut corners. I used to work here and these people are very greedy and are always looking for ways to cut corners. And the husband has a huge shotgun in a back which I’m not even sure is legal. And their bathrooms don’t have any vents and they STINK VERY BAD. Very very very greedy people, they don’t care about their customers or their staff, just money money money. And they have roaches
Food was good, but they have way too many rules when it comes to ordering.Then wanna have a nasty attitude when in the wrong🤣
I asked to have my wing sauce on the side, and they tried to charge me extra for that like, seriously? Charging just to put the sauce on the side instead of on the wings? That doesn’t make sense. It kind of takes away from the overall experience, even though the food itself was solid.
This place customer service is bottom of the bucket. They really treat customers like crap I ordered my food over the phone and they said it was 10 mins (I was there in 10 minutes) when I get there first of all I got was wings they charge a buck for sauce and the fries the fries was burnt and cold this is unacceptable so I go back in there and tell them I wanted Fresh fries they tell me it’s policy they can’t give me fresh fries so I do the next best thing and demand a refund they told me they can’t give me a refund because of there policy mind you I paid 16 for a wing combo thats not cheap if you want to come here please save you a headache because they are extremely rude and let’s not forget they cursed me out over their mistakes NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
Always got young girls with nasty attitudes working at the register. I requested my fries to be cooked when I arrived they told me the fries wouldn’t be cold they make them fresh. When i got their fries were soggy/soggy from the tray. The owners act like they had an attitude to make them over. Wings very small for a high price. I like seafood wings better more worth your money! Won’t be going back.

Traveling came upon this restaurant and it is Overpriced, fried chicken taste like fried water, wings are so small with really no meat on it. Also to charge me a $1.69 for an extra ranch dressing. This place is ridiculous robbing people especially the main clientele are African Americans. JJ’s get it together
they say monday-thurday pick up orders have to be placed by 9pm then one day its 8:30 pm I just feel like thats soooo wrong .. I get to the store at 8:30pm they have the doors locked , but the time on the doors say 10:00pm close time .. management is very rude and doesn’t even try to handle their problems in a correct manner and I usually go to JJ’s once a week if not me a member in my household orders for us , its disappointing to get treated as such because this is literally my favorite place to eat since I have moved back to greenville , other than this situation happening these few past times I have been the food is always great! Always fresh!
My first time trying their food wasn't a good idea. I asked for my wings to be ex crispy they weren't. I asked for chicken fried rice didn't get it. I had paid for this plate and it wasn't worth it at all. I went back and got the fish and the fried rice was fixed by the manger didn't charge me extra for the rice she made sure it was chicken and vegetables in it this time. The fish plate was good no complaints.

This place is absolutely unprofessional, they closed 30 minutes ahead of their closing time and I came here to pick up an uber order that I had to deliver to a customer which cost me to lose a big tip, when I arrived to the scene they told me they handed my order out to another driver??? They are not supposed to be hanging out people's orders without proof of verification. I honestly think they just used that line to not make the order since they wanted to close 30 minutes ahead of the time. I know that's something you are not supposed too do. Most stores close either 4 or 5 minutes before closing times but 30 minutes is absurd. They close at 10pm and I arrived at 9:33pm. Do better and what's more embarrassing is the "owner" was there and accepted the rude and harsh behavior from their employees. I really don't understand how they are still in business. Do your job and let me do mine. When I showed them my phone screen that I was here to pick up an order all the employees in there just looked at me and ignored me as if I was a "homeless person" I'll never forget that skanky ass stares they gave me for just trying to do my job. And worst of all the "owners" had the audacity to be flashing my car with their flashlights as if I was some intruder when I was just outside their drive-thru. Worst first experience EVER.

I understand what you are saying, and I did call Uber support and they said on their end that no other driver should've picked up the order other then the man you spoke to yesterday which was my boyfriend... You guys shouldn't be handing out orders to non drivers. We have this issue a lot because employees hand out the order to "drivers" that aren't drivers which means you are being unprofessional and handling out orders to those that aren't supposed to be receiving. And even if a "driver" did pick it up, you need to let them confirm the order on their end before you hand out the food to them so Uber support keeps track on drivers...you needed to ask them to confirm the pick-up most restaurants actually do this. So truly you are just assuming and handing out orders to customers not drivers... Yesterday I even called the customer and they told me NO ONE dropped off the order and that they been waiting for over 30 minutes and unfortunately all that wait only for them to have to cancel the order because this restaurant doesn't know how to properly do the job correctly. At this point you guys shouldn't even receive delivery orders. And you flashing the car erratically with your flashlight as if we were intruders was not you "protecting your employees" you clearly knew we were drivers just trying to do our job you had no right to be flashing our car as if we were intruders. Because after we just decided to drive off and park far away to contact Uber support you put the flashlight down and proceed to talk to your wife (I assume) and get in your car and then drove off. So please don't give false explanations, you know what you guys did yesterday.. it was not only unprofessional but extremely rude by you the "owners" and your employees. It makes absolute sense why your employees act the way they do. Make sure you change your store hours too if you aren't actually closing at 10pm and closing 30 minutes ahead CHANGE IT so uber doesn't have your store system open at "10pm" the hours you have posted. That way it not only effects drivers driving to a location they closed 30 minutes ahead but it also doesn't effect the customer with having to wait for a refund because the store closed early. DO BETTER

J&J's was recommended to me last year by a friend, and I've been going ever since. I always get the wings and fries. The Honey Cajun is my favorite. Their chicken burger is so delicious. It's a fave as well. I recently veered off and thought I'd try the 3 piece fish and shrimp plate. Needless to say, it was a miss for me. The fish was a little salty, I didn't eat it all. The shrimp were okay. I wanted to try other things outside of my fave, but I'll stick with my faves moving forward. Although I may try the fish again, as maybe it was an off day, but no time soon. Very good place to eat, the food is fresh and the service is great! Love J&J's.

10/10! I've been meaning to try this place since I moved to the Greenville area a year ago. I ordered online & food was ready at the time it said it would be. I had the Honey Cajun wings with French fries . Everything was fresh because this restaurant is made to order only. I'll definitely be returning frequently to try new flavors! Very affordable too might I add. ☺️ didn't get pictures cause I was hungry lol
